I felt the Cox technique caused more damaged, I get tingling in hands everyday and night. the first couple of stretches felt great but after that I started getting shoulder pain, dr. said its from neck and its normal, then couple more visits started getting the tingling,numbing sensations thru my arms and strain on my lower back, He said your neck is curved very bad which I knew but I was getting worse. He said I getting demyelinating nerves. I didnt have this before I came here. I stopped going and still have nerve damage.
