This is the best Chiropractic Care I have received in Columbus and I have been to different locations. Dr. Covault and the staff are all great to work with. Dr. Covault is excellant at helping the patient set goals for the treatment they want and the ongoing maintenance and care they choose to receive. He has never been judgemental or pushy in anyway. The staff are all friendly and professional. The office is equipped with a variety of different Physical Therapy tools (weights, tables balls, bands, massage chairs stem machines.) so more can be done to fit individual needs for exercise and chiropractic care.

Dr. Jeff Covault is very friendly, caring, professional and good at healing. Therapy is what you put into it, but Nicole will guide you effectively and is very kind. Renee is the scheduler and billing clerk, so sweet, understanding and fun to deal with as well. The massage therapist, Lindsey, is the one you like to see most as she loosens those tight muscles for the doctor to do his corrections. I love this group and I have been to many chiropractors since I was 19 years old, long ago. They are GREAT!

Love the staff at Columbus Chiropractic Center West! After my car accident I wasnt really sure how to go about receiving and paying for my care- they made it so easy for me! Dr. Covault is very obviously passionate about his work and makes sure youre getting the care you need. The massage therapists and personal trainers all always super nice and make you feel very comfortable. Ill definitely be coming back the next time I need treatment for neck and back pain. I was pretty skeptical of chiropractors before I visited Dr. Covault. But after just a couple visits the Dr. and the staff put my mind at ease by not only finding out what I needed as an individual, but explaining to me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Now they keep me feeling better than I ever thought I could and they are a great bunch of people to be around. I would suggest Dr. Covault to all of my friends without a second thought.

Dr Covault is very good at what he does, he is very caring and patient in dealing with whatever issues you may have. Nicole was very thorough in her assessments & planning what you need. Lindsay really got the knots & kinks out when & where they were needed. Renee was a great help when I needed to change or reschedule my appts. I have been to several different chiropractors (all good) through the years but Dr Covault is the best. If I run into trouble with my back and hip he will always try to squeeze me in that day. The staff is always friendly and they treat you like somebody special.
