Im so-so. The staff is wonderful! Its close to home which is why I keep going back, but I often have to return a few times and still cant get things right. Weve had good luck with our GSP weve brought there. But hes been quite a healthy dog throughout his life. He also just got a great review at his check up at the age of 10. We had a Weim that we brought there numerous times for multiple issues. We went through X-rays, tests, discussions, etc. and quite a few hundred dollars and hours later, it was me who brought up the fact that his issues could be stemming from separation anxiety based on all of the historical details and the Doc couldnt have agreed more. We left the issues at that. I wondered why I had just paid so much to diagnose my own dog.... We lost that pup a few years ago at a very young age. I brought him in on a Friday and they sent me home with some anti-inflammatories and told me to keep an eye on him. The next day (Saturday) we had to take him in to urgent care and he stayed there until we had to put him down on Monday due to how ill he was. I DONT blame the vet who saw him at all for this as the dogs illness hadnt progressed enough to show other signs of concern until Saturday, and we did receive a call from the vet that Monday afternoon or Tuesday with condolences and discussing what went wrong (again, nothing he did wrong). I was impressed that he called and glad he wanted to learn more about what happened so he could understand. We now rescued a new pup (and still have the GSP). Since well be visiting a bit more again with a pup, Im anxious to see how things go a second time around when dealing with cleaning up a few common puppy health issues. Ive considered taking our pets to another vet to get a feel for another place, but its just so convenient that its within walking distance from our house.

My family have been bringing our cats to this hospital since we moved to MN in 93 because of the consistent top notch service that the highly trained and knowledgeable staff provides and this is one of the many reasons that my wife and I will only trust the doctors and technicians of PGPH with the health and well being of our cat and dog. The personal touch that the staff puts into their work is simply outstanding, it really makes us feel like we are not just a walking dollar sign or a bottom line but are concerned and involved pet parents. Any questions that we might have are answered and if we still might not understand the answer the doctors and technicians there are glad to give us a bit of an education on the topic and point us in the direction for further information on the topic. Overall, from the moment we walk in to the moment we leave we are taken care of with a personal touch and attention to detail that is truly unmatched.

Our beloved Cat Abigail had lost 2 of her 9 lbs and was continuing to decline. Dr. Sonja Wiersma did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and prescribing a special diet that worked. Abigail is gaining the weight that she lost, her energy has returned, and she clearly is a happy & content cat. Having used a number of pet hospitals over the years at different locations, this is the best one that I have come across. Theyre cat and dog people. They truly care about your pet. They take the time necessary to correctly diagnose health issues. The prices are reasonable. You walk out of there knowing that your pet has been properly cared for.

I want to thank you for getting Ellie in right away this morning. I had called 2 other vet clinics and they all said go to the emergency room in Oakdale. The doctor spent quality time with her making sure she was ok and if the symptoms continue to email a video. They made sure we were comfortable leaving with her diagnosis and call with any concerns. My daughter wont have been able to make it through the day not knowing her best friend wasnt ok. Thank you so much!!

I am very disappointed with the service here. I brought my cat in for a urinary tract infection. He has been seen FOUR times in the last month, costing me over $500 and the infection still is not treated. It seems like everything is a huge guessing game with these doctors. The staff on the other hand is very nice and friendly with my animals, but the doctors just dont seem to have a clue about anything. I will NOT be taking my pets here again!

Every vet at this clinic is caring, knowledgeable and took wonderful care of my cat when I brought him in for emergency urinary tract issues. They were thorough in his diagnosis and care and I wouldnt think of taking my fur babies anywhere else. The one tiny thing thats kind of "not so great" is that one of the gals who answers the phone can be a bit terse, but shes kind in person, so dont let it put you off if youre a new patient.

Our dog LOVES coming to the vet. The people are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they take excellent care to make sure that our pets get what they need. My only complaint (and it is so minor) is that they dont do boarding anymore. Ru was always very excited to go stay with them whenever we needed to board her. But that speaks to the care she receives there. I would never go anywhere else.

a big shout out to Park Grove Pet Hospital- we had to make a painful desision to say goodbye to our 8 year old family dog. We had the vet and vet tech come to the house. They were so compassionate and helped our family with this process and explained everything to us and the grandkids. Top notch people!!!!

I have a ton of animals and at any given time there is an accident. I have never ever had a bad experience. These people know that my animals are my babies and they treat them just like that. The greatest group of people that could ever come along. I am so happy with them.

This clinic is, without question, the BEST clinic I have ever taken any of my pets to, in 20 plus years. The level of care, attention, and humanity that has been shown to our animals, whether a routine exam, or a crisis as we have recently experienced, is very humbling.

We go here for our pet dog. He is always treated with love and the staff and doctors are great. They are very sincere and listen to our concerns. The doctor even followed-up with us via email and phone when we brought our pet in for some stomach issues.

Theyve taken good, patient, and loving care of our animals for over 30 years. All the cats weve had in the last 20 years has been from "Docs" and we are glad to have received healthy long living cats! We wouldnt go anywhere else.
