Very efficient, humble office, with a doctor who takes the time to explain things to you and answer questions. Front desk staff was adequately friendly. I got an appointment right away. The location is unusual, but I didnt have any problems finding it (off Cascade via a long driveway that leads to a house and the veterinary building). Good experience.

I have to wonder what vet the unhappy camper below went to, because he surely did not go here, at least not with his eyes and ears open. Perhaps he is a disgruntled ex-employee, or struggling competitor. As for me, I am a satisfied customer. They are very through and attentive and show great love and respect for my pets.

I relocated from Milwaukee and went to Dr. J on a recommendation. He spent extra time getting to know my dogs. Both have medical problems and we discussed modification to their treatment plans. I am happy to say that both dogs are doing well.
