I brought in my newly adopted pet for a mystery condition. The Clinic and staff who make it work every day are VERY methodical and knowledgeable in approach to diagnosis, prognosis, and care. The vets Id dealt with were not taking blind potshots at anything and some clinics will take potshots or throw everything and the kitchen sink without analysis. This Clinic is definitely methodical and well above average. That alone is worth my 5 star rating. Getting an appointment, plus followup after the diagnosis was made, was very straightforward and flexible. Also, the Clinic is situated at a convenient location, complete with great parking lot and access from the street, and reassuring over a couple questions I had. In short, everyone, from the vets to the receptionists, went above and beyond what I was expecting and it was a terrific experience and I cant thank them enough. Absolutely and highly recommended.

Terrible experience. We went in for a round of shots for our 6 mo. old puppy. The vet we saw was extremely condescending. She insisted that our puppy had behavioral issues. (He sits, shakes, he is leash trained, potty trained, etc. Not sure what else you want from a puppy?) She also insisted that we de-worm him for the 4th time and bring in a stool sample, even though he had no signs of illness. Every time we have brought our pets here we end up with a huge bill and are never able to get in and out with the routine shots as planned. When I contacted Stillwater Veterinary Clinic to report my bad experience I didnt even get a response. I emailed again to make sure my email was received, and all she said back was "yes we got it." Terrible experience all around. I would not reccommend it!

My experience was terrible recently. My dog had to get his teeth cleaned and some teeth pulled. 2 weeks afterwards he mysteriously had these skin sores and a bad bacterial infection. So of course I pay the 130.00 for this test to see what type of infection and what medicine he would need to get better. Well it took a week to get my test results back which I had to keep calling to get results. Which were inconclusive. No one from the vet has called to see how he was doing etc... also I did inquire if this bacteria infection could has come from his recent teeth cleaning and tooth extraction am I was told, it is possible that it could have. It has been 3 weeks and his sores are finally going away. I will never trust these people again with my dog. Aka family.

I brought my cat in the first time for what I thought was an ear infection. The first doctor I saw treated him as such. A week or two later and the problem didnt go away. I brought him in a second time and a different doctor just did the same treatment and were surprised when it didnt go away. She was probably the least professional and hurried me out. The 3rd time was just like the other two visits. Treat without trying to figure out the problem. After all why wouldnt you after bringing a cat in for the same problem within a 2 month span. Finally after my cat not being any better I bring him into a Cat Specialized vet only to find he had Ear Mites and NOT an ear infection. So I wasted a good $400 on nothing.

I have been bringing my cats here for several years now, and have to say, they are the best Vet we have taken them to hands down. my cats simply despise anyone that is not my wife or I. (started from previous vets they use to visit whom have made mistakes and poor treatment). and yet, they are always able to control them in a safe way. One of my cats in particular, has had a lot of health issues, and they have always come up with the proper diagnosis. just this week, I had an urgent situation, and even though there schedule was packed full, they still managed to fit me in, and treat my cat. I recommend this clinic for anyone in the area looking for a team that truly seems to care for all animals!

Prices are out of line some cases almost double(heart guard and Frontline). You get a different vet almost every time and they typically are interested in pushing their services like teeth cleanings every time you come in there etc. When your bringing them an elderly dog that didnt do great with anesthesia when he was younger, but they keep trying to badger you about teeth cleaning every visit(teeth were not bad I groom, handle, show dogs) it gets annoying. In addition their front desk staff is less friendly than the DMV. They do have a nice big facility with lots of equipment. Unfortunately because of that they need to pay for it through up changing and pushing services.

We are extremely satisfied with all the care we have received/are receiving from the entire staff at Stillwater Veterinary Clinic. Top notch knowledge, care, empathy, advice! In the 3.5 years weve been bringing our animal family members to this clinic they have guided us through the lives of 2 Labs (deceased now), 1 Spaniel (current), 2 Tabby cats (current) & our newest add, 1 Lab puppy. Through the thick & thin of our pet familys lives, the doctors & technicians have been so vested in the health & care of each! Theyve earned our trust, respect & admiration. Thanks Stillwater Vet Clinic Staff for ALL you do each & every day for the Animal Kingdom! :)

My family has brought pets here since I was a little girl, and now I bring my pets here as an adult. They were so kind and comforting when I had to put my old cat down. And they were wonderful when my dog had his first focal seizure. He was about 8 months old and I was a total wreck when I brought him in. The veterinarian talked me through everything, gave great advice, and went so far as to give me a cell phone number to contact with any further questions or if symptoms worsened. Hes now almost 5 and we are still clients.

I had been going here for almost 6 years. My cat got injured so brought him in. The Dr walks in saying "This is why I dont let my cats outside." It was downhill from there. She had a HUGE attitude. Will never take any animal there again. She treated us terrible. Like we didnt care about our animals. She even said we were cruel. We are FAR from that. They should know how we treat our animals they have seen them enough in the last 6 years to know they are very healthy and loved.

Absolutely the best Vet in town! I would never go anywhere else. The time they spend with each animal patient is unmatched! We had gone to another Vet previously, and decided to try Stillwater Vet due to their location. We have been absolutely overwhelmingly satisfied with the care our three pets have received at Stillwater Vet. Each veterinarian we have had has shown utmost compassion and concern for our animals.

The vet told me my cat had a tumor but didnt answer any of my questions and didnt even help me get my cat back in her carrier.. Which is super hard He also got mad at me because my cat was scratching hissing and biting him... I told him thats just who she is.. But he didnt seem to care I will never go back .. I found a different vet who is very compassionate an understanding
