I went to Carlson Chiropractic after an auto accident where I rolled (and totaled) my car. I was referred by my step-mom, who sees Dr. Carlson on a regular basis. She had nothing by good words to say about his practice, so I didnt mind driving from Bloomington for trustworthy help. I ended up seeing Dr. Flynn most of the time, and she was great as well. The staff are friendly, they recognized me (not just by my appointment time), and they are oh-so-knowledgeable. They helped me with all of the appropriate forms for my insurance company, and Dr. Flynn wrote (and sent) my activity restrictions the day I requested a written copy. It is a great office-- Ive been to other chiropractors, but Dr. Flynns adjustments were gentle enough to not aggravate my tender back while still helping me recover quickly. Ive been a client for over a decade. Amber is by far the best Massage Therapist there is, hands down. Recently, they were having trouble with their billing system. As a result, there were discrepancies we needed to work through. Not only did they do so effectively; they did so with grace and generosity.
