My wife and I have been going to Align for a little over two months. Previously I had seen numerous doctors and other chiropractors for 20 years. I have had chronic back and neck pain most of my adult life, due to sports, weightlifting, and a pretty bad motorcycle accident. In recent years the back and neck pain was constant. I was getting headaches every time I did physical labor, and I would become fatigued very easily. Being in my 40s, this didnt seem right. On a whim my wife and I decided to attend an informational meeting that Align had advertised on Facebook. Ive heard the speeches plenty of times..."we can help...". But I was getting a free meal - nothing to lose. Well, afterwards I was very impressed by what I heard. I did a little of my own research, and decided to give Align a try. What sold me right away is that they "explained" what was going with my body - not just my back and neck. They took x-rays and that confirmed what I was feeling. Three of my vertebrae in my back were nearly fused together due to late stage arthritis, and I was showing signs of arthritis in my neck as well. To put it plainly - I had a hard time just walking. Since I have been receiving treatments from Align my pain level has gone from a 10 to about a 3 in just a short amount of time. I havent had any headaches lately. And I have a ton more energy. I feel my recovery has been remarkable, considering the state I was in. Keep in mind - this is NOT a fake review. I truly believe they are helping where others have failed. Dr. Tom and his team are focused on Total Wellness, education, and their patients. Total Wellness: If your spine is not aligned, your body cannot communicate effectively to heal itself. That is the first thing they want to address, but its not the only thing. They talk to you about all the other things going on in your life as well as your lifestyle to ensure you are doing the best things for your body to be optimally well. I have had to do a lot of doctoring over the last 3 years and Dr. Tom is the first doctor to look at me as a whole vs. just one specific issue. Education: The team is very focused on educating their patients. This was done from the very beginning - looking at my x-rays and educating me on what I was looking at, where the issues were, and how we can correct them. They are also very knowledgeable and spout off statistics and studies while they are adjusting. They also hold educational seminars. They want their patients to be informed and knowledgeable about their care. Patients: I am an individual to Align, and so is everyone else. They know not just my health history, but me as a person, my family, hobbies, etc. The staff truly cares about you as a person and wants you to be and feel better. Every time I get adjusted they look at my x-rays because what I need might be different from the next person on the table.

Align Health & Wellness changed my posture, well-being, health and life. I had chronic neck pain from a car accident as well a locked feeling in my T-spine. After failed relief from other chiropractors and methods, I was beginning to except the pain as a part of life. I immediately knew Align was different than anyone I had seen before. Instead of just trusting their approach, they educated me on the science behind their approach. All skepticism was put to rest. They take x-rays and actually look at your x-ray as you are being adjusted. They adjust you in a way that is specific to your structure not just a general adjustment. My neck pain was gone within the 2nd week I went to Align. After about 5 months, I had a release in my T-spine that literally changed how I moved. Ive been there for 3.5 years now and my neck and back feel better than ever. The Drs. are passionate about helping others find their optimal well-being and genuinely care about everyone they meet. My entire family goes to Align, including my 3 young children. I am a personal trainer and functional movement specialist. Align is where I send my clients and friends.

They gave me my life back ! Thats the best way to describe my experience there. I had been to my regular doctor who treated my herniated disk in my back with cortisone shots but my pain would return after a couple of weeks of getting the shots. The next step would have been back surgery which I didnt want to do so when a friend suggested I go see Dr. Tom I was doubtful but thought I would give it a try. When I came in to Align I had such severe chronic pain that " doing normal every day life" was not an option. Just driving 10 miles would be so extremely painful that I would have to pull my car over, some times in tears. With in a month of treatment at Align I was driving again and soon after that my daily regime returned to normal! If you are doubtful like I was, I would just say, try it! The staff at Align is amazing and they will do what ever they can to get you healthy and living life to the fullest!

I have been to many different chiropractors over the years, with mixed reviews about the variety of experiences that I have had at each of them. I cannot compare the experience at Align Health & Wellness to "Conventional Chiropractors". They are anything but conventional! They take the time to get to know who you are and what has led up to you feeling the way you currently feel. The best part is, they customize a plan that is designed to correct your spinal issues so that your body has the best chance of being able to heal itself! They dont just lay you on a table and crack your back to help relieve you from pain, they take it much further than that. They teach you how to maintain a lifestyle that supports the physical goals that you have for staying healthy, strong, and standing with great posture! All of staff are friendly and very welcoming each time we visit. They are the best!!!

In February 2017 I called Align because my daughter was ill and I could not get her into our regular chiropractor. They got us in within an hour of when I called and that started our familys transition from regular chiropractic care to corrective chiropractic wellness. The staff is talented, caring and authentic in their passion to help others live "well" lives. We all have one life to live and I believe having our family at Align regularly will not only add years to our lives, but also allow us to live more pain and disease free. I am thankful for the education and service they provide our community and would encourage anyone to try them out - whether you are currently experiencing pain or not. Lets just say, I am thankful my old chiropractor could not get us in on that day back in February so that we could improve our familys well being!
