I believe Ben Knight is onto something and in a category of itself; in fact, as a "neurological chiropractor", he goes beyond the business of "traditional chiropractic" care into powerful HEALING; moreover, he SAVES LIVES! You could say I was a "train wreck" when I first visited Dr. Ben Knight nonetheless, after receiving my very first treatment, I knew I was in the hands of someone special, he is a doctor whos main purpose are his patients… I have attended 3 months 3xs per week visits with Dr. Ben and essentially, the outcome has been quite rewarding! He uses special techniques concentrating on our nervous symptom. He shares his knowledge in nutrition as well as what the brain endures/encounters when we experience sublexations within our bodies and learning this has been nothing short of a miracle! I have been to many orthopedic doctors, physical therapists and traditional chiropractors (traditional chiropractors who adjust by cracking bones) yet, I never before experienced therapy that can be this life altering… The opportunity to meet Dr. Ben Knight has been a true Blessing! He has time and patience for all his patients. His kind, caring heartfelt demeanor as well his dedication to help people live healthier lives is evident time and time again… I look forward to continuing rewarding healing experience! When I heard about it from my fiancé was a bit sceptic and not sure, but seeing what her X-rays looked like and how Doc Ben was going to realign those bones back into place with appointments twice a month, just the way he explained it to her and showing I was hooked. Had 4 back injuries at work, knee pain, headaches, not sleeping well plus using Advil pm to sleep, restless legs also. First appointment went well, felt weird but has the day went on my back was feeling great, no pain, plus got home went for a walk with no pain. What ever aisles you, from head to toe make appointment be seen, X-ray, see what it is bothering you, Doc Ben will get you feeling better fast!!! I am now sleeping better, no restless legs, even my knee injury is getting better, I am feeling great, even lost weight! I met Dr. Ben Knight and his team at a Home Improvement Show in Shakopee, MN early 2016. There he was offering upper cervical scans to those interested. I asked if he would scan my 10 year old son; since he had recently been involved in a bad vehicle accident as a passenger. Much to my surprise, Dr. Knights assistant agreed (this never happened with other chiropractors). It revealed some areas of concern of which were causing adverse reactions in my son (allergies, asthma, re-current migraine headaches, difficulty sleeping, difficult concentration). I signed my son up on the spot, and left the event feeling confident. After my sons FIRST adjustment he said "Mom, I dont feel like I am 100 years old anymore!" My son has responded remarkably well, and is now off the allergy meds, no longer needs his inhaler during activities, is focused in school, no longer gets headaches, and has resumed his normal active lifestyle! Im a newly graduated student from Chanhassen High School, and a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a mild form of scoliosis. I had a lot of lower back and neck pains, and it would affect how I lived my life. For years, I had gone to a normal chiropractor hoping for a fix, but never saw any improvements. Until my mom brought me to Abundant Life Chiropractic a couple months ago. After a few weeks of getting treatment here, I saw amazing improvement. Ive been attending for a few months, and I can say that I no longer have those terrible pains in my lower back and neck, and Im now able to do things that I couldnt before. God is truly working through Dr. Knight and his team, theyre not only helping us with our backs, but they are giving us a hope that may have not been there before. Before going to Abundant Life I suffered with migraine headaches for over ten years. After countless visits to neurologists and migraine specialists with no relief, I had completely given up hope that I would never go another day without a migraine. I was referred to Dr. Knight at Abundant Life by a friend and was very skeptical that it would be another dead end, with a lot of money spent and no results. After my initial consultation I knew immediately that Dr. Knight was different and even though I was still hesitant I decided to give it a try and follow his recommendations. 9 days into care I woke up for the first time in 10 years without a headache, I worked out for the first time without a pounding in my head and most importantly I played at the park with my kids. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Knight and his staff at abundant Life Chiropractic.The staff and Dr. Knight are some of the most friendly, caring and GENUINE people I have ever met. I initially came into his clinic because I have had tinnitus(a constant ringing in my ears) for several years now. After the first adjustment I noticed immediate improvement and every time I come back the ringing in my ears decreases more and more. But it is not just my ears that have improved, I also have more energy and I can actually fall asleep quickly at night and stay asleep for the first time in my life! 15 years! Thats the amount of time I have been dealing with fibromyalgia and insomnia. Ive tried everything from behavioral therapy to medication (SO much medication). I finally found Dr. Knight and decided to give this type of chiropratic care a try. I am here to tell you that I am so glad I did! Within 5 weeks of treatments, I was sleeping through the night without taking any type of supplement or medication. All the aches and pains I had from fibro were nearly gone. I had significantly more energy during the day (especially in the later afternoons). I was terrified of going to a traditional chiropractor, but the method used at Abundant Life does NOT involve crazy contortions and spine cracking. I leave feeling lighter and with energy to spare.
