West end, the people here are wonderful. They are always happy to see you and they all act as if they care. scheduling and accessibility were very pleasing. When you think of physical therapy your not thinking of this place. At first ,yeah they come off doing a good job but then when its time to advance your therapy to the next level they just cant do it, I feel they do not have the equipment or knowledge to do so. I tried to make corrections and advancements but they blow you off like you dont know what your body can handle. Also they feel its their position to not discuss treatment plans with the patient. Which to me is so unethical, any caregiver will discuss options and plans before they put in to action a reasonable plan. Then they decide that you need more expensive therapy which they cant provide just to keep making money. Im so tired of Orthology being all about the money. they say "respect your pain" but that means dont try just keep giving us money. I cant believe they want 30 more hours of therapy when they dont adjust my exercises to accommodate my progression. When someone is beyond the limits of your services, let them go! Again, the people here are truly wonderful people.

Great service, decent treatment, but super expensive. It is about $405 per visit, pre insurance and it took too many visits to only partly solve my problem.
