I went to Minnesota Sport and Spine with a lower back problem that I had dealt with for over a year. The lower back pain was constant and prevented me from doing any kind of hard work or play. I worked with Jared Schroeder and his team and in a little over a month they got me back to 100% utilization of my back. I have no pain and I am back to working full days of labor and enjoying physical activities. I am also enjoying a full nights rest. I would recommend Minnesota Sport and Spine to anybody out there dealing with back pain. I had forgotten how good I could feel and I dont have to adjust my lifestyle around back pain. I didnt think that I would ever get away from my back pain and thought that I would have to live with it, Minnesota Sport and Spine got me back on track and I have been back pain free ever since. Cindy is the best. I drive 25 minutes to Burnsville for appointments with her because shes the first physical therapist who has worked with me in a way that does not worsen my back problems. Orthopedic doctors only offered drugs and surgery, with warnings about the risks of both. But since Ive been working with Cindy, Im finally regaining function and having less pain.
