WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could put 0 stars!!! I wasted so much time thinking I was going to be discharged so I could submit it to my insurance so I could have surgery... but it was going to be another 5 sessions longer. They act like they are going to discharge you but they dont... I was on my seventh visit in excruciating pain when Lydia a physical therapist said "how about the next visit be your last" so Im thinking sure yes FINALLY you sympathize! Right? Wrong she wrote in the notes I discharge my self! The insurance company requires physical therapist should be the one who does the discharging. I would have gone to the next visit. I asked her over the phone why did she say I discharged myself she said "is that going to be a problem"? ... YES IT IS ! ... Lydia who acts like she knows more than the doctors who say I need surgery. (Insurance companies now require some physical therapy.. its so screwed up now )She acts like she is making executive decision on my care saying oh this is your muscles wrong this is blatant nerve compression and I also have a fluid filled sac on my thoracic vein (physical therapy cant help that)... The nerve compression could be soon nerve damage by how long she prolonged my time there. I felt like she is very spiteful.. all the insurance has been screwed up..the insurance company requires physical therapy and if the patient is unable to make any progress the physical therapist would put in writing they are discharging this person because he or she is not getting any better.. they dont do this here.. when it was clear I was getting worse. Lydia wrote the patient is discharging herself.. that doesnt look good to your health insurance. Seems like north branch physical therapy doesnt want to discharge you if you are in severe pain..Ive heard from alot of people who went to physical therapy Who said they were worse or feel they were injured after... I have been getting worse... I showed Lydia my mri cross section and I asked where is my spinal cord? She pointed at my thoracic vein! Ugh! I also have a cyst next to my vein along with bulging discs and decrease in height between the vertebraes 2 of my discs are black! And THIS IS THE PERSON preventing me from getting a surgery when she cant even figure out simple anatomy! Clearly she doesnt understand what its like to have chronic pain! But shell tell you about how she broke a bone snowboarding..doesnt even compare to everyday chronic pain! Im living with a broken back! ... I called and asked for a release of my records twice and Rhonda had every excuse why they werent done yet..when I finally get them I read them.. and Lydia twisted my words around... She wrote that I WONT do a certain exercise.. well it is more like I CANT!!! ...& two of my 3rd or 4th days of when I was there I was forced to listen to Lydia and the other girl talk about how they dont have any clients on one of the days that week... So Im thinking Im never going to be released..they need my money right? otherwise they have no business! What would you think?I really think insurance companies have to rethink the requirements for physical therapy...physical therapists have 2-3 years of training. Doctors have 12 years they have extensive training years and years of hard work. yet insurance companies require this. Go to a physical therapist that cares and or maybe try a chiropractor instead. There are better physical therapy facilities Im sure you will find a compassionate understanding and non judgemental therapist in a different office. Who REALLY is considerate of what you need.

I would highly recommend Physical Therapy -North Branch to everyone. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations and I was treated with the utmost care. I came in looking to get relief in my shoulders and neck after experiencing what I thought was a pinched nerve. Janet did an incredible job at targeting the correct muscles to work out tension and provided mobility to my head, neck and shoulders immediately after my massage. After 24 hours I was good as new again.
