I broke my shoulder on June 30th. The orthopedic surgeon had to put my humerus bone back together with 12 pins and a plate. He didnt think I would ever be able to reach my arm up past my forehead. After doing physical therapy with Cory, I am able to raise my arm nearly as high as I was able to lift it before. My surgeon was impressed with the progress I was able to make. I owe a big thanks to Cory and Heather for pushing me to do my exercises and gain back most of my range of motion. They are both awesome to work with. The exercise print outs they gave me to work on at home were easy to understand and very helpful. I am also thankful to Marjie for trying hard to make my appointments work around my schedule. The only thing I am disappointed about is that Corys beloved Cubs did not make it to the world series.

I just want to say thank you to such a wonderful staff at the oskaloosa facility. In the last week of April I fractured my right ankle. I am a multi-sport athlete, with them knowing this they are trying to get me healed as quick and safely as possible. When I came in I was on crutches and non weight bearing on my right ankle. They have had me do several exercises to help get my ankle mobility back and to help strengthen it. I have done many different lunge and balancing exercises. I am currently able to do a quick jog/slow run. I am trying to get back into baseball, I personally feel like I am close to that due to the staff at Kinetic Edge. Kinetic Edge is a very good environment and the staff make it fun to be there. Again I would like to thank the staff for all the help.

I struggled with chronic neck pain. For over a year I tried different things to help with the pain but no improvement. After several visits and discussions with my doctor. She recommended physical therapy. I visited Kinetic Edge in Oskaloosa and in a couple of weeks started feeling much better! The staff was friendly and kind. Derrick Simms DPT is wonderful!!! I recommend anyone thats struggling with something similar to visit Kinetic Edge and request to see Derrick. He was so helpful throughout my healing process. He provided the steps, advice and motivation to once again feel normal. Im so glad I visited Kinetic Edge! Would highly recommend.

I have had a spinal fusion in my lower back and constantly struggled with pain, numbness and tingling from degenerative disk disease in my neck and spine. I never dreamed I could be where I am today!!! Carol is awesome!!. She customized a program of stretches and strengthening exercises tailored to my needs that have me feeling so good most days I wouldnt even know I have a bad back. I started doing therapy after my knee replacement a couple of weeks ago. Heather and Cory have been working with me since I started coming. I am very please with how my therapy is coming along. It is not easy and they do rough me up sometimes but it is the end result we are aiming for. I want full range of motion back and I am sure they will help me get there. Thank you!

After months of dealing with a shoulder injury, I had surgery to correct a torn bicep tendon. Three days after surgery I began my physical therapy with Carol and Heather at kinetic edge.
