Well all I can say is 2 things see your own doctor and hope you can get in to your clinic on time and try not to die if ceitical. This place is garbage and hope this clinic gets prosecuted and gets shut down. The only reason why some many clinics are in this area is to please the minority community and help change status quo on Democratic relations. Honestly I have gone here numerous times due to injuries sub stained from a work injury and they barely stiches me up and sent me back to work. After going to my doctor they protested against the care I received and told me that this place is garbage and is only out to help the employer not the employee. After having to go back on a follow up I received permanent damage to a ligament that is inoperable due to doctor and the whole staff negligence and horrible doctor pracrice. All of these clinics need to be shut down and the staff and doctors be disbarred from pracrice and never to be taught in The States or anywhere again. There are over dozens of cases that this clinic and many others around have lead to death and malpractice due to their negligence in misconduct by staff and personnel. After receiving horrible beyond words my injury which was protected by clowns like this I have to live with this for the rest of my life. The doctor didnt even put me on light duty nor take me off woek. I was told by several personal here that exact words " We never take employees off for work nor do WE give accommodations for light duty". I stated that if I loose a eye or leg I resume work regardless she stated "Yes you sure do regardless". I hope and pray that nobody ever has to go here and can see their own doctor and get the PROPER HELL THEY NEED FOR THE AND THERE FAMILY. Do not go here if you can resort to aid or urgent care at Baptist or a Professional other than these clowns it is a waste of time. Pray that it is not life threatening, if so do go here you might wind up in the grave. Go to Baptist at Springhill or Saint Vincent North were the Pros are at.

The physician was incompetent and made up information was presented as fact. When seeking clarification on his assertions he just ignored me. He treated me as if I could not know anything he knows because Im a lowly RN. His assistant Sandy (who I hope is not a nurse) was rude, unprofessional, promised to return calls and never did. When I solicited Sandy for an explanation about the doctors made up information because I could not find a single reference or peer reviewed source to validate the information he gave. She overruled me and said "its whatever the provider chooses". The doctor refused to authorize my physical for employment until another "MD" agreed to discontinue medication, that was legal, valid and needed. My APRN signing was insufficient and Sandy had to call and insist that a "MEDICAL DOCTOR" sign off or he will not clear my physical. When I followed up to be sure they got all of the specific details they asked for, Sandy was exasperated and told me "well, (long sigh), that means Ill have to go to the fax machine. Ill call you back later". I never got called back. The doctors demand was invalid and untrue and Sandy was more rude than a sober sailor.

Oh my gosh this place is terrible!! I am currently here now because of a drug screen I had to get for an internship. I dont even know where to begin. When I was waiting in the lobby, nurses kept calling peoples names out that have already been brought back. This happened multiple times. They must be so disorganized. To add to the disorganization, I overheard a conversation outside the door when I was waiting in the room and someone said "theres someone in room 4" "oh I didnt even know! Well you take that" "no you take that." Really??? You didnt even know a patient was in the freaking room??? Wow. The nurse barely said a word to me and was pretty rude. She asked me for my physical exam to take my shirt and pants off and the doctor would be right in. After 45 minutes of freezing in the room, he finally came in. I put my clothes back on after 20 minutes because it was freezing in the room. Honest to god if youre reading this, avoid coming here. Its disorganized, unprofessional, rude staff, and all around bad. Youre welcome Lin advance!

My job sends us here when we are hurt on the job. The first doctor was good he took care of me and actually looked into what was wrong. This second time I slip hitting my back on a very solid object it hurts to walk or even move. This poor excuse of a doctor walks in pokes my back says yep your sore. Orders two shots one in each hip and says there you go. No xray to make sure I didnt so more damage I saw him for less than 30 seconds. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Its terrible. Also the nurses have ban manners and terrible attitudes. Very rude.

The doctors may be okay if you can get past the rude lazy people at the front desk. They were having trouble bringing up my sons insurance. We called our benefits department and told them two ways to do it and they said no. They were not willing to pick up the phone to get the information they needed. They should both be fired. We have been there several times but nobody in my family will ever go back. Learn that cigna and the cigna network are two different things...

This place seems more concentrated on pumping out urine test than anything else. I told the desk what was wrong with me (pink eye) and that I was on a tight schedule and if need be I could come back. She assured me I would be in and out in an hour. Ha that was a lie as I watched everyone before me come and go plus half the people after me and I still was not called. Finally I had to leave. I will not go back is rather go to an ER it wait to see my doc back in NJ.

This place sucks. They rush you threw like a heard of elephants giving no time to explain any of paperwork. I had major dental work on may 2. I was prescribed 10 Tylenol 3 with codeine with no refills had all documentation. Physical was held had to have Dr who prescribed this send documentation stating what I already had in paperwork what a bunch of idiots

A patient from Rock Region Metro was recently sent to Concentra with an injured finger. Concentra told him it was only bruises. When he went to his family doctor he learned that his finger was BROKEN!!!! Concentra works for the insurance companies and does NOTHING for the patient.

I had a great experience here. It was the only walk-in clinic open this past Saturday and I was in/out in about an hour. The front desk staff was friendly enough, but the nurse (Renee Porter) and doctor (Dr. Sonja ________) were extremely professional and friendly.

I got more information out of the nurses than the doctor. The doctors (dr Adametz) mannerisms were of confusion and gave me zero confidence in him or his prescriptions. Communication is key, and this place has very little.
