I liked Dr. Swope from the beginning. She is very attentive and patient. Her "bedsde" manner is kind and caring. I will agree that her office staff is terrible with the exception of Shelly. Shelly is kind, pleasant and always helpful.

The staff is consistently uncourteous and the wait times are long. When I call in for an appt, the staff is rarely helpful and often acts like I am putting them out of their way to help. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Swope is the best! After years of being brushed off by other Doctors she diagnosed my Celiac on the first visit. Love her.
