First Appointment on June 3rd and went on Friday 5th to show the results and to get my medical report(Green Card). Doctor did my medicals on June 5th and asked to get Chest Xray. Finished it and faxed all the documents on Wednesday and have been calling them for my report. The office staff were very rude and not even trying to answer calls. Today June 19th Friday they said that they don’t know the exact date/Approximate date when they can give my medical report. Office staff are telling that there are so many people a head of me and don’t know when doctor can review my results and write a report. And when I said I need to talk to the doctor they said she is out of Office and will be in town on Tuesday June 23rd. And until then they cant even let me know if I can transfer my file to another hospital. Also been asking then to find out any more immunizations are required for my wife after the visit we have with doctor on July 5th and as of now they didn’t call me about it. I have been calling to find out that and they are telling that they need to talk with doctor and get back to me, which never happen. And we need to send this report to USCIS by end of June. This all should be done in less than a week. But this office is taking more time and also very rude when we call them. Please don’t go for your green card medicals or ay medical reports to this office. There are better offices in Saint Louis where the staff are customer friendly and doctors feel responsibility for their patients. All the friends in Saint Louis, Please share this information to all the people who need to get medicals done for USCIS. And today(June 23 2015) is the day where doctor will be in town and I didnt get any call from them..

RUDE-UNPROFESSIONAL- I will NEVER go back! I took my 2 year old son to these people and I called ahead of time to ask how much a visit would be and I was told $75. She didnt run any tests on him and I got a bill for $210!!! She didnt even take his vitals.. NOTHING!! She faxed his perscription over to the pharmacy...Supposedly... I went to the pharmacy- no perscription. I called the Drs office, they gave me the run around for an hour. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was rude, the nurse, and then the dr acted like didnt know what she was doing. They need to get a new line of work because none of these people know how to do their job accurately or professionally.

Im not the person who would usually leave a feedback, but I cant leave it without attention.It was my worst doctors visit experience. Starting from the desk,nurse and ending with the doctor no one made me feel welcome or appreciated.In fact everyone was with an attitude. Based on my own experience I would never recommend this doctors office. Unprofessional behavior, inconvenient and simply rude.
