Ive not had any luck with any Concentra Ive been to. Went in on Wednesday (my day off) to give them paperwork to sign off on. Waited an hour just to be told the Doctor that did my DOT physical and such wasnt there and that they would call me to come in the next day to get signed off for my cards. Okay. Then silly me thinking they would call me at a reasonable time the next day I finally had to call just for them to tell me I need to come in and re do my physical........ WHY not just let me re do it while I was there? Especially on my day off. Now I have to take off work to RE DO my physical when I was already there and could have waited no problem. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Concentra is GARBAGE. After this I wont be going back to this urgent care. Also for anyone who actually read these reviews. Id avoid the Fenton facility unless you want to wait FOREVER

My husband went here today because hes running a fever and coughing stuff up.. Not only did he have to wait 2 hours, and have his paperwork checked twice.. all they test him for is the flu and strep.. no chest x-ray whatsoever... Im not a doctor and I could of told you its not the flu and its not strep.. They took his money and sent him home with NO prescription!! What a waste of time and money!!! Went back minutes late to have them write a prescription for the Tylenol they told him to take and the doctor was on lunch break already, staff wouldnt help, even saying they didnt like the doctor either... All they are, are thieves here.. taking your copay and pushing you out the door with no diagnosis or medicine. What a joke!

I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance for 8am. After waiting for 45 minutes Im informed that the person I need to meet with never comes in until 8:30. I asked why my appointment was scheduled half an hour before the person would even be here and I was met with a blank stare. After waiting a full hour I was finally taken to a room and strapped to a gigantic EKG machine which was obviously older than I am. I will never return.

The worst Concentra I have ever been to. They all suck, but this one really blows. Been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for for a DOT physical, DT and give. They act like Im bothering them by being here. Wanted to know if I was paying for it! Unreal!

I love coming here. Ive been in for various medical issues and Ive never had to wait more than 20min. They are concerned, caring and treat you like a person and not like a cash cow like my regular doctors office. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Worst urgent care ever. They wouldnt listen to a word I said about my needs. I walked out when they couldnt understand that I needed an X-ray of an injured joint AND a work physical.

Concentra Hazelwood has the best front office, back office, COD, and Doctor... They work as a team to get the patients in and out in a decent time frame... Go Team Hazelwood

Go here for DOT drug screens and physicals. They usually get you in and out pretty fast. I rarely had to wait more than 20 minutes. I guess it depends on when you go.

Very Nice people very nice. But they took way too long. I mean I was waiting 2.5 hours BT they was Nice and when I finally got seen it took less then 20mins
