Dr Hayes did not care about what was best for my back injury. I asked for a day and a half to recover and he said no. I asked if this was in my best interest and he shut the door cursed me out said he was in bed with no one but his wife. He cursed and yelled at me for about five minutes. He was very unprofessional and needs to retire. U have never been through something like this. I was shocked. He is working for the employer not the employees. I will never go back to this very rude place. He then threatened my job for asking for a day and a half to recover. He would not even let me see my x rays. Rudest doctor I have ever met. Very hateful sad person and a wast of education. He couldnt even tell me if I could drive on the meds he prescribed. Dont go there.

The worse customer service from any office Ive ever been to. As soon as we walked into the place the lady on the front said Are people in na stop comin in? The only reason I even gave them one star is because you have to. If we didnt have to use this place to have our things done for work I wouldnt be here nor will I come here again.

Mother-in-law was in pain & they didnt give her anything for the pain nor help her. She was limping in in pain & had to limp out in pain with no help from them. They only looked at her & didnt even attempt to help her. Worst place to go if your in need of a doctor.

I sat in there waiting room for 3 hours before being called and people that would come in after me would keep going in before me and wasted a lot of time in my day I sat from 8:30 in the morning and didnt leave till 1230 in the afternoon

I have been here twice to receive d.o.t. physicals. Both times I was here under an hour, even with a full waiting room. Everyone was friendly and got me taken care of quickly.
