This is truly the worst medical facility I have ever experienced. I went because I was having incredibly painful muscle spasms in my back. I didnt have insurance at the time, so the fact that I even sought the help of a doctor shows how bad I was feeling. The environment is cold and sterile but thats not really the problem. The doctor was the most cruel, heartless jerk I have ever met. He told me that I was being too emotional and that there must be something wrong with me besides my back pain. He accused me of med shopping for muscle relaxers. REALLY??? Then his face lit up and he decided instead of helping me with my back he should give me a prescription for antidepressants. I spoke with him for all of five minutes and he took it upon himself to prescribe a dangerous, habit-forming medication for a disorder I dont even have. I felt demeaned, humiliated and violated. Needless to say, I will NEVER return and I hope you wont either.

Ive had multiple problems with my knee over the years (3 surgeries to date). I recently twisted it playing basketball and the pain hasnt lessened in over 2 weeks. I work a very busy schedule and this place of business is close to my work, so I thought it was the best place for me to be seen. The visit was quick, and overall the staff was very helpful. On the other hand, the doctor that saw me was not. He seemed annoyed with my presence and at one point he asked me "what do you want me to do?". I dont see how this is acceptable,as I am not a medical professional. I have since been directed by my Insurance to use a different clinic, and I will not be a repeat customer. I was contacted by a member of the staff, and explained my situation, He said he would make adjustments, but at this point its too late. TLDR; Maybe good in a pinch, but dont expect to be a repeat customer. Uncaring!

I went to get a physical and the lady at the desk was very rude to me. I arrived later in the day and she snapped at me that they dont do those after 4:00. I started to ask if theyd be open either of the next two days (Just my luck I need a physical on Thanksgiving or the day after), before I could ask however she snapped at me saying they wont be open then and that I cant come in until Monday afternoon. Really? Your sign says 8:00-5:00. Change your sign or change your policy. Whatever you do I hope I never have to go back. (And I didnt even use their services.)

Went in with frequent shooting pains in my stomach. The doctor didnt know what was wrong with me (also seemed annoyed by me) and said I probably had IBS. When I told him Ive never had prior symptoms of IBS and expressed skepticism, he became irritated and asked what I thought it was. I compared my experiences with someone who had a bacterial problem and was prescribed antibiotics, and his immediate solution was to prescribe me antibiotics and dismiss me without further inquiry or consideration. Cost me $100; no blood tests or urine samples or anything.

Experience was not satisfying at all!! I got there at 12:30pm to see the doc about my sickness... I didnt go back to the room till 1:45pm!! Had to change rooms witch idk why, did a thing on my mouth, didnt tell me what it was for.. finally like at 2:15 the doc comes in and doesnt even look into my mouth just my ears, told me its just a virus and I have let it run its course... finally leaving at 3:30pm.. with no answer.. Im very disappointed and unsatisfide with this place!!! Never going back!!!

I waited over an hour and got through all of the paper work and nurse questions to be told that their x ray machine was broken and that the doctor wouldnt even see me. They brushed me off and told me to go to the emergency room instead if I was in pain. As if that isnt frustrating enough, they promised to reimburse my co pay and even printed off a paper saying that they did and 2 weeks later I still havent seen the charge dropped from my account.

Was bleeding out in their waiting room for over an hour from a injury to my hand. (it was not busy) They recognized that the injury was very painful, but would not allow me to have anything for the pain. Even on the follow up 2 days later I explained that this was still very painful and i have to use my hands all day for my job. "it will get better eventually" is what I got. I suggest going someplace other than here.

Was extremely impressed with the facility Michelle Tiffany Daniel all of the employees there were of the utmost profession and helped me achieve what I was attempting to achieve would recommend them very highly had many drug screens in my life have never been to a friendlier place Michelle even went out of her way to get me some hazelnut coffee which is my favorite

I went in today to have a large splinter removed from my foot. I was seen right away at 8am when the doctor arrived. I was out within a 1/2 hour and the staff was extremely professional and kind. They went out of their way to care for me. I would recommend anyone to go there! I am in health care as a direct care provider and I was very impressed.

The doctor should not even be working in fast food I go in with back engrey and they took blood pressure put me on meds and said see you in two days I go back still hurting and she released me to go back to work two weeks later still trying to get seen by a real doc. What a quack Id give concentra -5 stars but thats not an option

Had to go for work related and had my 3 and 5 year old daughters with me the ladies at the front desk made it so comfortable and even kept my kids occupied. Ms Terri B even gave them snacks...All I can say is stepping in to help another person is #PRICELESS love u gals for making my visit a breeze

Ive been in a few times over the past few years. They are professional, courteous, and will actually update you if youre waiting in a room on the status of the doctors arrival. (unheard of at a regular doc office). The facility is clean and they also have snacks and drinks.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. The staff was courteous. We had to wait a while, but there were several people in front of us and thats to be expected. My daughter got the medicine she needed and the doctor was knowledgeable. I have no complaints and would go again.

They say they open at 7, but the doctor doesnt actually arrive until 8. HOWEVER, it is 8:17 and the doctor still hasnt arrived. Thought I could get in and out quickly since no one is here but me. Clearly that is not the case. Not impressed....
