If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been having a very bad sore throat and was told to be TREATED for it I would have to give them $150 in cash because I didnt have insurance. The center closed at 5 I came back with cash at around 4:15 I was seen by a NURSE who was fairly unhelpful and rude. Around 4:45 I finally seen the doctor who told me that the $150 was just to be seen and nothing else and that it was my fault for not asking the nurse at the desk to be be more clear after I let her and the DOCTOR know that I didnt have insurance. The tried charging me an additional $55 to have and medicine administered. My temperature and blood pressure were the only things taken. I wasnt given a diagnosis. I was literally told there was a possibility of me having 2 different types of throat infections but THE DOCTOR AND THE NURSE said they were unclear. I lost $150 to a bunch of quacks basically. I was told to have a drug administered it would be another $55 after THE "DOCTOR" asked 3 nurses. Im highly irritated. My fiancée was present and can vouch that we were rushed from the building at 5 and the door were immediately lock after my boyfriend asked to speak with the doctor. The nurse came outside and began arguing with my fiancée saying its my fault Ive never been more IRATE KEEP YOUR MONEY put whatever money you were going to waste on these imbeciles towards and ER visit.

It should not take 4 hrs to do a physical this place is LOUSY!!!!! Then they wanna brake for lunch while i been sittin in this rm for 3 hrs i was hungry too i wanted some lunch! spent 1 hr in the other waitng room as if ppl dont have other things to do!!! sum BS STAY AWAY UNLESS U JUS WANNA PISS OFF A ENTIRE DAY!!!!! And in the end 5.5 hrs later the doc finally comes in the rm and was done w my physical in all of 10 mins

A good clinic but keep in mind they do drug tests, physicians checkups, and other things so if you are looking for "urgent" care like I was realize that this clinic defines "urgent" as 2-3 hours. They did apologize for how long it took so maybe I just picked an abnormally busy day.

Nurses are kind, but this should not be known as urgent care. There is nothing urgent about the wait times... It shouldnt take two and a half hours to get into a room and an hour and a half for a doctor to see you when you are told you are next in line.

Terrible. I told them I saw why they had 2.7 star rating. Went in at 430 to be seen. Empty waiting room. At 458 I was told Doc wouldnt see me. "He saves his last hour for acute issues" my concern was acute, it was not chronic. I do NOT recommend

Almost 3 hours. Sitting here. This is ridiculous, do not see how this is defined as urgent care. And I am just here for a physical?! Didnt know I should have cleared out my whole entire day for this.
