I have been using their services since 02/17/13 after I moved back to Kansas City from the DFW area in Texas. Compared to the medical clinic I was going to in Texas Samuel Rodgers, faults and all, are like the Ritz Carlton hotel. Since I started with them there has been 4 doctors, Dr. Carl left to care for his sick wife,Dr. Wells was filling in until they settled a contract issues that brought us Dr. Powell who moved out of state which brought us Dr Purdom. Considering this is a low income health center that not only has office appointments but for that payment your doctor can order blood tests,X-rays, and any number of things that none of them cost you anything more. They dont just offer medical services but they also offer dental care and mental health services as well.. I have never seen or heard of anyone that needed their help be refused services. If you think that what they offer is crap go check out what you get in Dallas Texas

DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH WORKED ON HERE. I did, and the assistant cleaning my teeth literally worked like she was taking out her life frustrations out on me. After she was done flossing my mouth was filled up with blood (I floss every day) I couldnt eat for two days without wanting to cry my mouth was so sore and swollen. DO NOT go here. This place is disgusting.

I dropped by this morning with my wife to see this illustrious facility as I was told from the Liberty satellite clinic that it was new and beautiful, new and very organized. When I arrived I discovered that it truly was how it was described to me. Great job! We look forward to providing mental health services to its recipients in the near future.

The staff members are lacking in knowledge of their duties and do not show up for work; per the employees. They like the blame game and its ridiculous.
