I went to Mission Family Health center yesterday morning in hopes of getting help with my chronic, excruciating jaw pain, which I suspected to be a disorder known as TMJ. The doctor I saw, Dr. Reeves, agreed and I was prescribed an Anti-inflammatory medication. He only met with me for about twenty minutes. However, I was in so much pain (and still am) that I was actually crying when he finally came in to see me after an entire hour of waiting. He did not only not prescribe me anything to help cope with the excruciating, constant pain, but also did not give me any indication on how I could go through my normal work day activities in dealing with such intense pain, aside from eating soft food. Obviously, this was basically no help considering the level of pain I was (have been) experiencing as I can not even smile without causing more pain.. I was not able to get anyone from this health care practice on the phone as well; however, a day later, one of his nurses called me to tell me that Dr. Reeves had said I should follow up with a Dentist. He had never mentioned going to a dentist for something that is caused by a joint/bone in my jaw - originally, I was supposed to follow up with him, however now it seems that he simply doesnt want me as a patient; a decision which Id already made myself, happily. Basically, I was judged and treated unfairly as soon as I walked into their facility, which I believe is namely based on my age, gender, marital status and previous medical history, as well as my appearance. Now, I truly believe I wouldve received more quality treatment in a more timely manner if I had gone to a Minute Clinic- and I certainly have before when I didnt even have insurance. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for help when they are in great need of help with a health issue, pain, or any other variety.

I told mission family that I was no longer under Dr Campbell that I had another Dr and that I needed her to fill out some disability paperwork and they told me that they could not fill out the paperwork unless I paid for an office visit, even though I had already told them 2 weeks prior that I had another family dr. But they insisted that I pay for an office visit for which I did not need, and told me it was against the law to just fill out the paper work when they had done so 14 months ago . Then they tried to tell me it was a nurse that did it last year when I never saw there nurse I had seen Dr Campbell.

Great experience working with Mission Family Health. I was referred by an ER doctor. My first appointment the front office was friendly, the nurse is very upbeat and personable. My provider is Natalie and she took the time to explain my medical condition, she even answered all my questions. The one thing I like the most about MFH is how personable and "real" the staff are about health concerns. I am a female between 35-45 years old. The only reason I rate 4 instead of 5 stars is because they arent open on Saturdays.

I have followed Amy Frick, APRN for a few years now. Mission Family Health is the best office that Ive been to. All of the nurses are friendly, and the receptionist are very prompt and inviting. I feel like my issues are being heard, and that an appropriate treatment is set in place. There is never a long wait, but it would be worth it if there was.

Dirty patient rooms....... floors are dirty ... Doesnt listen to how you feeling.... you because they are out the door to the next person.. Oh. .....Maybe that Is why I wasnt diagnosed..

I go here for routine check-ups and have always had good experiences. Wait was never unreasonable, and staff is friendly.
