9/28/2015 , They didnt have a problem taking our money as they misdiagnosed my wife after I told them exactly what it was. Dont tell someone you know how to do a procedure when you dont know what you are doing... it would have been ok if we was going there just to get medicine. After three days and the problem got worst, we called them to follow up. They told us to come in and when we got there they told us they couldnt help us, only to do exactly what they did before charge us and send my wife home. We have been to other urgent care places with real Doctors that Knew what to do. If my wife needed to go to the ER then send us there and not just stab her and give up. The ER had no problems doing the same thing they could have done within 15 mins of us getting to the hospital. The Dr at the express healthcare told us it was something it wasnt and it was exactly what I told them to begin with. My wife suffered 3 extra days that wasnt necessary with something that is extremely painful. They could care less at Healthcare Express. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. So I would only recommend this place if you have money to give away and needed a school/work excuse.

I have a chronic condition, usually when I go to urgent care facilities its in and out, a simple incision and drainage , but somehow the doctor got that wrong along with misdiagnosing me altogether. He cut me in the wrong place. 3 days I later called to come visit for my follow up, considering the medicine he gave me only made my condition 10x more painful. When I arrived for my "free" follow up that the nurse suggested I come in for, I was met at the door by the same nurse saying, "The doctor said he will only come up here if you pay the 250, and then he will do the same thing he did before." I later went to the emergency room to find out not only did he misdiagnose me, but he made the incision in the wrong place and poorly. There was no care or concern for me, they just wanted my money. So ready to mutilate you and take your money without regard. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

There are four cars in the parking lot, there are four different people sitting in the lobby now for over 15 minutes, who are they helping?? 2nd person to be called back, very nice staff. Now sitting in the back room, its been another 45 minutes - still no doctor (note: when will this industry ever get faster??). Heres a big building, this much overhead for what - one person working at a snails pace, ever other industry has learned about customer service. "Express" is not their motto, its "just" a name. And to be clear the front reception was very nice and quick, the staff showing me to the second waiting room was very nice. This review is based on the leadership here not being connected to customer service. Walking out - this is a joke

Healthcare Express is doing a GREAT job providing efficient, quality care in a clean relaxing atmosphere! My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle in Longview and Healthcare Expresss name came up in a conversation. The staff member said she uses Healthcare Express exclusively and glad HCE was a provider in Longview. She started mentioning the number of employees that use HCE and word spread we were part of HCE, It was amazing as staff came up to us and echoed her remarks. Some of the comments were: The providers are Awesome! Quick in and out with quality care Beautiful clean building They make me feel special Congrats to the Longview staff of Healthcare Express!

Similar claim to Kenneth Peloquin II on taking my money. Bad experience. They have no problem telling you to come back for a repeat play. Cost seem high. Since I travel, I went to a clinic in Houston and got a prescription instantly. The Houston visit was $29 and I got great service. Continued using Houston for great pricing on labs, MRI prescriptions, routine checkups, etc. until my work ended. This all happened a few years ago and it appears nothing has changed with this clinic based on the other post. I do not recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

Rude receptionist. Told us the cost was $80 even though weve always paid $40. After arguing with her and getting others involved they let us pay $40 but made us sign a paper saying wed be billed an additional amount. Doctors seem to not care just want to get you in and get you out as soon as possible. Told them additional symptoms that my child was having they ignored those and never gave any answers after the strep test came back positive. Place is pathetic, people are rude, and theres inconsistencies with their co-pays. Would rate 0 stars but that wasnt an option.

Unfortunately Longview has many MANY urgent cares and while there are some good ones, the majority seem to be money sucking machines with this one being no exception. Even if you have insurance, just walking though the door will cost you a pretty penny. The "doctor" may or may not do anything and yet will send you a bill...for basically breathing the same air. Honestly, avoid this place. You might as well go to your nearest ER room. Thankfully there are other options because this was my last experience with them.

This place is a joke. all they do is prescribe antibiotics that are way too strong. I told them not to do a lab test on something there was no way that I had. Sure enough I just got a huge bill from a lab company. They sent in a lab anyways. Now Im stuck with the bill. And they never called me one way or another with the results from that lab. Just a money making scheme, they charge the insurance way more than a normal practitioner! Never again!

I went in for vaccination Titers and was not given complete information regarding costs and what I would have to pay. They took my insurance information and never had a conversation about how much the tests cost if the insurance didnt pay. Then, they did the test incorrectly (their words, not mine). In todays world, it is their responsibility to inform Consumers up front what they could be responsible for.

My daughter needed stitches. I called ahead, when we arrived the nurse came out and said she could be seen. 45mins later we are still waiting to be seen. When I asked if we were checked in to be seen I was told no, because we had never been seen here. This is after I gave the receptionist my information that was. In the system, because we have been here before. This will be the last time my family comes here.

Went there earlier this week after a severe stomach bug left me dehydrated. Wait was longer than I wouldve liked but I was sick so anything longer than 2 minutes wouldve been too long. :) The staff was very courteous and attentive after a few bags of saline, I was out the door and on the road to recovery. Weve been here several times and plan to return in the future, as needed.
