Long waiting even if you have an appointment. The doctors seem to know as much as the receptionists you talk to to make your appointments, the childrens doctors are better however. After waoting a long time you wait once again in the room and then you are literally seen for about five mins and thats including the time they take to ask you all the questions the nurse already did. Dont go in with a sore throat because that is what your diagnosis will be...a sore thraot. Thanks for your help swope health. Also the website lies the walkins are not until 9 they are 8-5 the same hours as the clinic and most walkins dont get seen due to an overload of appointments, so it would make more since to have walkins at a later time but if you do get seen you will be waiting for hours.

I visited the dental here, took 30 mins to receive paper work and another 30 mins to go to back to answer the same questions I just filled out for 20mins which made no since to me at all. Then another 30 mins to be seen by dentist and after she numbed my mouth she again was gone for another 30mins. I was also the first patient which is ridiculous. The only thing I can say is you get what you pay for and to add something else my mouth was not fully numb.

I go to the northland clinic and have been going there for a year and a half. It has gotten so much worse. I cant get ahold of them to make an appointment and when I do I cant get in for 2 weeks. Now when I call I get a recording wanting me to leave a message and then they dont call back. Will not be going back if I dont have to. Pathetic.

I have been very happy with all the services. I have been going to Swope for about three years. Had to see a doc for something I had. Walked in was able to work me in to see someone. I had x-rays and some lab work. Got results back with in 36 hours. Yes I will continue to there.

Love it here my son has been coming here since before I had him pediatrics went above abd beyound to help me one year when I needed help over the phone about his shot records I couldnt thank that young lady enough for taking the time she really made my day!

I had a walk in visit at the Dental Clinic. Doctor Mays was the Dentist who saw me. She was very kind and patient. She took the time to explain everything about my dental situation. Awesome doctor! Two thumbs up!

Honesty I dont understand how anybody can give this place a bad review. The dentist and the dental assistance were very kind. Ill advise anyone with dental pain to give this place a chance.

I have been going for over two years, and its close and conveinent for me. I am on blood thinners and they dont take a vial of blood just to test a drop, like everybody else does.
