Ashley Walburn is the best prenatal trainer in KC area. I felt absolutely prepared and confident to meet my baby. Now we are 7 weeks old and ready to Mommy and Baby yoga class.This is not only yoga. This is sharing feelings and experience also. Ashley is mommy of four sons and she is very open and friendly to everybody. Having such experienced and inspired from god trainer is so great experience. You could get her classes in Woodside Health & Tennis Club and in Darling Yoga.

Impressed! There is no competitor with these services in this price range. Woodside has over 100 group fitness classes, personal training services, spa services, tennis academies and events and social events like the annual white party. Food, drinks, bar are all excellent. They are currently undergoing a full facility upgrade in conjunction with the Woodside Village development project. More great things to come!

A lifetime fitness member.. went in to talk to them about a membership. Man at the counter is stuffing his face with food and after standing there for a few minutes he realized Im standing there. I inquire about a tour and he says we dont do tours or trials. What a terrible waste of time. Get real Woodside..straight bogus from minute one..

I've been a member for six months and overall I'm pretty satisfied. A friendly staff and great facilities. Pools, tennis, and lots of machines for weight lifting and cardio. Pricey but if you use it it's worth the price. Also great classes!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Woodside so far. Great personal trainers, and you cant beat the group fitness classes. There are so many options and times. Expensive, but worth the price in my opinion.

I have gone to this club a few times as a guest. It is fun to hang out in the pool on Thursdays in the summer. The price is steep (about $90/month) which is why I have not joined myself. Everything is clean.

Great availability of high end equipment and a lot of classes. Most gyms have some classes, Woodside has them all, and many times per day making it easy and convenient to work around a busy schedule.

The tennis staff is phenomenal. I cant say enough awesome things about everyone in the tennis department. I felt like my experiences in every other part of the club could have been 100% better though.
