Horrible! They sent my father home and said he would have a hospital bed arriving. No bed has arrived but I got rid of his old one expecting the arrival of one. They said his toilet could be purchased anywhere...lies. It has to be special ordered. I called the manor several times this week and said he had no bed. The medical supply people told me no bed had been ordered b/c the manor did not fax over the correct paperwork! I have called them again telling them he was either going to have to check into a motel or sleep in his wheelchair. Still no one has called me back. Also, he could walk and use the toilet before he arrived at the manor. I dont know what kind of operation they are running. I am reporting them and I suggest everyone with horrible experiences report them also. His reg Dr whom i called after hours called back Fri night and Sat morn and will be ordering the bed for him as the Manor still has not called back and it has been over 24 hrs since they released the patient.

YOU NEED TO RECONSIDER ! THE ADMINISTRATION OF CARODOLET MANOR IS NOT ONLY GROSSLY VIOLATING THE VERY BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS OF 40 FAMILY MEMBERS PLUS A RESIDENT JUNE R PRETZL. THEY ARE IMPRISONING OUR MOTHER,GRANDMOTHER,GREAT GRANDMOTHER,GREAT GREAT GRAND MOTHER, AUNT, BY CUTTING MOM OFF FROM HER LOVED ONES. ALLOWING NO PHONE CALLS.BANNING LOVED ONES FROM INPERSON VISITS. ALL BECAUSE OF 2 HATE FILLED AND CONTROLLING DPAS. THE POLICY C M IS TO FULLFILL THE WISHES AND DEMANDS OF THE DPAS REGARDLESS OF WHO IT HURTS. THIS SITUATION HAS PUT UNNECSARY AND UNNATURAL MENTAL,EMOTIONAL,SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL STRESS ON OUR MOTHER AND FAMILY. THIS IS CRIMINAL. CARONDELET MANOR NEEDS TO RECONSIDER THEIR POLICY. DONT ALLOW THIS IN YOU FAMILY !

First, I was a patient there a year ago. Excellent, treated with respect and dignity. Now its almost exactly a year and my wife is a patient there. Funny because shes In the same room I was in, (nice btw). Thanks for your great professional employees. I made lots of friends and Im doing well now. I feel very good about putting my wife in your care . She seems to be happy with everything and you know the old saying, If moms aint happy, nobodys happy! Thank you so much, Patrick Lafferty. RM H10

If I could vote negative stars, I would. Treated my mom like crap....inexperienced aides....Ive seen dogs at wayside wafs treated with better care. I am in nursing homes on a daily....its my job. St Joseph medical center...ironically there sister facility chose to send her here, against the families wishes. Horrible facility...I wouldnt send my worse enemy here. Suppose to be here for rehab to actually see some form of progress....shes actually declined since this stay. Hate it!

Live in care facility with wonderful staff. Clean and bright with nice decor. Staff works hard to do a difficult job in a caring manner.
