All went well over a period of 4 weeks until I had to cancel an appt the same day to take care of my elderly mother. The lady on the phone said there would be a cancellation fee. I was upset and ended the relationship at that point. They have $10 of my money because of not having proper change for my co-pay on the last visit. Hopefully theyll take the fee out of that and that will be the last of it.

The staff at Preferred Therapy are very cordial and professional. They take the time to explain the therapy exercises and how they will help correct the issues that initiated the therapy. This is my first experience with physical therapy and Im so glad I chose this clinic to guide me through the process!

I love the group at 101st and Wornall. Ethan and Lindsay are great. They treat me as a person and not an injury. I went to them through work comp and I never felt like my care was compromised. They did everything they could to help me get better. I would go back there or suggest them to others.

Staff is so great and friendly. Lindsay is awesome! She has definitely helped me progress with my injury. I always feel right at home when I go there. Bailey is always friendly at the front when you come in as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I usually arrive for therapy 10 minutes early. I am impressed how everyone is working: therapists with clients and the receptionist will wipe equipment when she has extra time. My therapist always starts my session on time. He pushes me to the max! Thank You!
