I have been a patient with Preferred Physical Therapy off and on for almost two years. I came in to see Michael with achillis tendon damage on both legs and not able to function on a daily basis. With the help of Michael I have made more progress then I thought was possible. At one point my doctor was thinking of putting me in a wheelchair, I called Michael and told him that I refused so he did everything he could so it wouldnt happen. I am so glad that I decided to walk into his office. We even ran into a situation where my insurance wasnt going to cover my treatment anymore, but Michael and his staff worked together to make sure that continued. He knew I needed the treatment and fought for me, not to many people in the medical field will do that for you. Michael is a great physical therapist and we have become good friends. I recently am seeing Michael for my neck, I went a full week not being able to move it and after the first treatment I was already 75% better and I just ... I would not go any where but here to be treated. The staff here is great, the enviroment is always clean and up to date. I would recommend Preferred Physical Therapy to anyone. Oh by the way Michael, I would give you six stars because six is the magic number.

Best physical therapist I have ever been to. Period. I played football and baseball at a D-3 school in college and have had several car wrecks, so I have had my share of physical therapy. I have never had results like I have with Michael. His muscle activation techniques are amazing. After leaving my first session my functionality was significantly increased and my pain was all but gone. He does a great job of making a plan of care with you that is based on your goals, not just treating your injury. Whether your goals are just being able to walk pain free or accel at competitive sports, Michael and his staff can get you there. I highly reccomend Michael especially if you are looking to get back into competitive activities.

Michael is excellent though, I must say, a hard task master. I say this in the best sense of that term. Michael assessed my problem--hip and lower back pain--and systematically addressed the underlying physical issues that caused the pain. His treatment is superb. I say that he is a hard task-master because he requires actual active participation by the patient. He recommends home exercises (and expects them to be practiced) that activate the muscles and reduces the pain. Though I find these exercises painful, I know that they are a necessary part of the overall treatment. I would recommend Michael to anyone serious about overcoming physical difficulties.

I believed Preferred Physical Therapy has helped me more than any other PT Has ever helped me. They applied methods that were new to me, and I thought I had tried them all. They were very serious about there Plan of action and concerned about you and the progress you were making. I felt very comfortable with what they were trying to accomplish. I had been told that I would be on pain pill the rest of my life. Thanks to Preferred Physical Therapy I feel they were wrong as I am feeling stronger every day and Im taking less all the time. I knew nothing about Preferred PT except that they were near my home before I scheduled to go. This is my third week, going twice a week, and the hip problem that has caused me a lot of pain for over 2 years has hugely lessened. I follow the exercises I have been given religiously. They have made a difference. I walk with much less pain with a normal gait. I cannot thank them enough! I have mostly seen Heather but I would feel equally confident with any of the therapists. If you follow their directions, you will get better.

I had a wonderful experience.here, even though physical therapy is not "easy". The staff really do care and want you to have the best outcome possible. They give you their full attention. If I ever need to go back this is definitely where I will go.
