I think, its pretty sad that Dr Richter will not allow me to make an appointment for my son Dillon, based upon me having to cancel 2 appointments over 8 years ago with Dr.Harvath. My son receives Medicare, and this is the only Dentist over Pacific for me to take him too. Even though Dr Harvath is no longer in this office, a new Dentist is basing his appointments off of the retired Dentist. My son is 17yrs old and needs to see a Dentist, and Dr.Richters office will not except him based off of 2 appointments that were canceled over 8yrs ago with another Dentist.I want to let you know this is very unprofessional. This morning as I am sitting in the waiting room, the 2 people behind the desk are steady talking about their crazy weekend. Cops.....blah blah blah. Cursing using the f word and all. Im out here in the waiting room you do have clients out here and we can here you! Very unprofessional and I am offended! My son was with me for a bit of this and I just cant believe you thought it was ok to tell your story about your crazy weekend while you were behind the desk and you had clients in the waiting room. Should have waited till lunch!! When nobody was around but you all!

If I could Id give him no stars I sat there for an hour just for him to look at two teeth that needed to be pulled and refer me to an oral surgeon! Ill never go back I found a better dentist that pulled my teeth no problem

He knows im a baby about mouth pain, and is kind and gentle to me and have never had a problem with him gentle man love him

Dr Richter is the best. He cleans each patients teeth himself!!!
