This is a terrible place. Dont go to SSM "Urgent Care" for illnesses. Go to other Urgent cares in the area if you have to see a doctor to be treated for a non-emergency illness. They charged us 324 dollars for the 10 minute visit and claimed that this is their customary charge. They did not do anything besides look at my husband. He saw a nurse practitioner who was no help to the situation and prescribed meds that didnt help. The only reason he went to this place is because he tried to get in to see his doctor but couldnt due to numerous circumstances and saw this place with "urgent care" sign out front as he was in this location that day. WE are appealing the charges. I wish that more people would speak up about the amount of money this facility charges, to me it is unethical. If you walk in this place you better discuss up front what they will be charging you and know that there are other places available that are ethical with what they charge for services.

I am so disgusted and offended by the staff. I brought my terrified child in with a sore throat and fever. The RN taking her stats claimed she had no fever. I had to ask 2 times before she would retake it. Surprise, a fever! This nurse was very cold to a scared little girl. Then the nurse practioner came in. All was fine until the throat swab. I promised my terrified 7 year old that i would go first. This mean woman actually cajoled my child and attempted to shame her about having mom go first. Even making a snide comment about "no pediatrician i know would do this" The sweet Dr. we have actually has done it. When i said that, Katie PRN was rather disdainful and asked who. Im typing this from the room because i am so astonished at the horrible treatment we are receiving. Never ever will be back here.

Nice place, horrible service!! I took my 15-year-old son in there for a high school sports physical and it took us over an hour and a half. You can see from my picture they were not busy at all. Not one person ahead of us. They dont bill your insurance and charge a premium for the physical, then to take so long to get it done that it was absolutely horrible. When I asked how much longer they bought it would be, at an hour and 15 minutes in, they acted like I was being rude and belligerent. We will not return!

I had a horrible experience. I went on a Sunday to avoid missing work. They charged me 100 dollars and all the did was look at me and tell me to take allergy medication and sent me home. I went in with a sore throat clogged ears and dizziness and she didnt even give me a throat swab. I ended up going to my regular dr and missing a day of work because I still felt awful. Turns out I have a double ear infection. Do not go here!

My experience with this SSM UC has always been great! Great hours, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They get me in quickly. Unfortunately, they recently moved further away, but I will still go to them when needed.
