My first visit I was early. I had to go way out to stead. I waited 40 min in lobby because they saw someone without an appt. Over me !! I was seen for 5 min. Then given an ice pack, really ? It felt like a meat market. No privacy. Then they told me I was covered by ins. Made me appt. Then called to say they needed pre approval. Owner tried to say I cancelled. She has no clue about customer service. They billed my ins. For a no show. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. Oh the hours on the Web are different than on the door. Good luck getting thru their phone lines. I was always put on hold for 3 min to five before hanging up

After my latest arthroscopy on my knee, I had a tremendously positive experience rehabbing here. Ross was very knowledgeable and had me back in prime snowboarding shape in time for the powder season. Great motivator. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is serious about getting back to their best form after surgery.

have been to better physical therapy offices. Body Wisdom on Robb Dr. would be a better alternative. Felt the PT was not helpful and exercises he recommended were pretty basic. a lot of the equipment is really old too.
