My 1st experience was with Michael. He was helpful, and was able to hold a conversation.....from there is was completely DOWNHILL!! I had the exact experience as the previous reviewer. James attention span is that of a 5 year old, in mid-sentence he starts talking about the "game" that is on, completely disregarding what Im saying even though he asked the question to being with. Brandon is just flat out RUDE!! He will see that youre finished with an exercise and will literally ignore you or simply say "wait a minute." When I called to get records from Judy and told her I wasnt going to continue my therapy with them she didnt even bother to ask why. I suspect my discontent is not unfamiliar to her. If you dont mind being ignored, unsupervised & unguided in your treatment than this is your place!

Was referred by my doctor. It was the worst experience ever. Was given a girl to help me with my exercise, but instead she was flirting with her coworker the whole time. The front desk receptionist was very rude. I should have left then but I was in to much pain, so I decided to try it. Never again. They also kept changing the price they said $70 a visit and was later charged over $200 for that first visit and I got stuck paying the new higher amount. I called to ask why the change in amount, they didnt wanna speak to me and told me to call billing department and then hanged up on me.

My doctor referred me to Jimenez Physical Therapy following a foot injury. I learned my foot was broken and the ortho doc said no PT for several months. Contacted Jimenez PT to advise but was charged $40. Ive never been there!!!!! Ive never seen anyone. Dishonest business.
