The front office staff women are RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDES, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE YOUNG, UNTRAINED, AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS A MESS!

The therapists are friendly. For Mr. Hopkins if you called within 24 hours. You wont be charged the 40 dollars. When I got sick I called them imminently. They didnt charged me.

They Suck. ..a.. .they try to charge you $ 40.00 for missing your physical therapy if its less than 24 hour notice. Something that there already paid to do. ..
