decent facility. nice people..... very disappointed with the referrals office. I have a mole that doesnt look good. My doctor gave me a referral slip to give to the desk on my way out. She said she would send it over. A week and a half went by, hadnt heard anything so I figured Id check in since my mole is causing discomfort. Lady at the Franklin office "couldnt find it" acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. When I explained the conversation I had in person with the receptionist she magically found it. Got sent to Melanies voicemail to get the status of my referral. No answer until this afternoon. 2 weeks later. They just now sent my referral over. What a joke! Thanks Doc! You make me sicker than anything else.

These HealthFirst places suck, they do not help you what so ever. Strep throat and they tell me to give them a call in a week. I have 2 small children who dont need strep.. They are not good doctors...
