The staff here is excellent. Stanley my beloved 17 year old black lab/beagle worked with Kate and Chris for his entire long life, from puppyhood to old age, and all of the staff, as well as Susan on some separation anxiety issues. Everyone is knowledgeable and caring, and treated Stanley like he was their own. Kate came to my home to help Stanley on his way last year, and was exceedingly kind and compassionate throughout that difficult step. Highly recommend!

The owner (and vet), Barb, is cold and awkward. Communicating with her and getting a clear and concise answer is difficult. Some of the vet techs were great, while some were clearly burnt out and in turn were not friendly whatsoever. The facilities are also pretty outdated compared to the other clinics in the area. There are plenty of other updated, caring and compassionate veterinary clinics in the Upper Valley, dont waste your time here.

This is the best vet care we have ever had for our animals. Rvierbend was recommended by everyone when we moved to the area 21 years ago, and all of our cats have been patients of theirs since. They have helped us make difficult decisions with a variety of pets over the years, and consistently do so with common sense, compassion, and highest of professional knowledge. It is a practice of women which I also enjoy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Women was rude and unhelpful when I explained frontline they sold me did NOT work on our animals like they usually do. Was told to take my problem up with frontline even thou this vet sold it to me! Never going back to this vet! Hopefully they are not this rude and condescending to everyone who uses them

I had RiverBend vets come to my farm today and Susan Johnson did an amazing job with my three horses. One of which was his first time having his shots done, still young and she did well with all 3 of my horses. I highly recommend them!
