Sad to say I would NOT recommend this organization to anyone seeking professional physical rehabilitation services. While there are some very nice people working at this rehab hospital they seem to be overwhelmed and not able to manage the business in a way that even provides minimal value to the client. From day one through to my wellness transition there were many times both PT staff and even Management fell significantly short ... For example arriving 45 minutes late to my first Wellness transition appointment without any courtesy of communicating this as a consideration of my time. No follow up for the remaining 2-3 Wellness transition appointments, essentially writing me off as being out of the "queue". Also, using the facilities reconstruction as an excuse for the lack of the programs value... And be very careful about bringing issues to their attention as you may be in store for a verbal defensive lashing in the middle of your PT session while amongst several other clients and staff including the Manager whom did not appropriately intervene. This organization would HUGELY benefit from a continual improvement program driven by an external source, not only internal.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They said they were accepting new patients so I gathered up all my information and dropped it off. 4 weeks later they left a message on my home phone stating they were not accepting new patients at this time and they were sorry, but I could come by and pick up my records. I was not happy that they waited that long to get back to me. So I went and picked up my records BUT BEFORE I DID I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST IF THEY WERE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AND SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE...EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT .. IF THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THIS BEFORE YOUR A PATIENT CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY WILL TREAT YOU AFTER... YOUR TIME IS WORTH SOMETHING YOU SHOULD FIND A PLACE THAT CARES ABOUT YOU.. NOT THIS PLACE

I took my autistic son Austin to help stop his deadly addiction to cigarettes. Everything went well at first, until the food caterer (I believe his name was Matt) introduced himself to us. He reeked of body odor and my son was starting to throw a fit because the oder was so noticeable. My son ordered the macaroni and it took an awfully long time to come to us. When it finally did, the meal was very cold and smelled of something vile. I will not be bringing my son or anyone in my immediate family here ever again for any sort of care as long as that Matt boy is still working here!

Having just stayed here I would give it 2 stars. Occupational therapy and physical therapy is the only reason of two stars since its the only positive experience. Food is real bad has no taste and is over cooked. Nurses and LNA do not come when paged some times causing to wait 20 minutes to use restroom. Case manager does not have much of a clue what is going on seems as though there not even aware of anything. Would not recommend to friends or family until there able to fix many of the problems.

Everyone Ive talked to has had nothing but good things to say about Northeast Rehab; from the food, to the facilities, to the staff. The staff are especially well-qualified and are trained to work with patients with specialty conditions like stroke. The location is also convenient- Im able to pick up and drop off my grandfather without hassle!

Worst place to send a family member. Ive witnessed bad treatments and cursing with my own mother. I had to take her out immediately!
