I have been going to Ignite Physical Therapy for just under a year. Ive been to physical therapy places before post surgery, so I am familiar with the process. Though, I have praise for the quality of care I received at places such as Kessler and Health South (when it were around...dont know if they still are)...let me just say that the environment at Ignite is one of almost family. What I see is people walking into this place happy to be there. Dr. Hanna has put together a group of people that are as friendly and helpful as can be. From Ki, the acupuncturist..to the different massage therapists..currently Tangia, Celia, and Genesis., as well as his aides. As another reviewer mentioned...youre treated like family more than just patients. Dr Hanna is always looking for the latest greatest technology to bring into his facility. The location is just over a year old and I have seen him change machines several times. Not just the machines for treatment, but the coffee maker as well. There have been at least 4 or 5 different coffee/espresso/cappuccino makers, since I have started going. He recently added laser acupuncture. Who knew that even existed ??? At any moment you will find pastries waiting or maybe even pizza or some other food. He has a small fridge filled with different juices for patients..and their kids if they tag along. Plenty of cookies and snacks. Who knows. Just be careful because its very easy to gain weight there. LOL They recently bought a baby parrot and he is the friendliest thing. People go and take pictures with the little fella. He just hangs out sitting on top of his cage. The chillest little thing. This past Christmas one of the patients volunteered to be Santa and Dr. Hanna had the doors open and anyone could come in and have their kids take pictures with Santa and he had gifts for all the kids. He is working very hard to make Ignite the community Physical Therapy center. Every now and then he will run promotions on either massages, hot stone massages, acupuncture..you name it..just to let people try the services, so if anyone is interested...drive by..youll see big banners posted when he does one of these promos. The first time I went..it was an hour massage for $30. My back had been acting up and I figured..why not. You cant beat that anywhere !!! The patients love going there. Its great see people laughing and just getting on each other as we get treatment. No one can tell me that isnt helping the healing process. There have been times I drop by on days when I am not scheduled..just to shoot the breeze and hang out before heading home. Also...get a free cup of coffee. Hehe. Having said that...I find that as a result of going to Ignite...I decided to get fit and started going to the neighborhood gym as well. Dr. Hanna suggested what exercises I should continue doing, to continue with my rehab..as well as lose weight and since November...Ive lost 35 pounds. Another 20 to go. I first walked into Ignite because of lower back pain...MRI, shows a bulging disc or compressed nerve..something like that, but as a result of combining PT and exercising...I no longer wake up in the morning..needing a few minutes to gingerly climb out of bed. I highly highly recommend Ignite. Its more than just a place to go for P.T. If you are someone, who loves an environment ..where you dont feel like just a patient....then this is the place to go to. Be careful though...we all play a mean game of Family Feud. We look forward to 5 p.m., when the show comes on. Its pretty funny. I guess you can tell...I rave about Ignite. Dr. Hanna runs a great operation..with a mind always towards bigger and better things and that only benefits us all. Just drop by if you are looking and you may be shocked by all the smiles and happy faces in the place. To be honest...it surprises even me, but Im used to it now. :-)

I have been going to Ignite for over a month now and heres my review. First of all, from the moment that you walk in the door you are treated as family. Not only are you greeted warmly at the front desk but every worker that comes by greets you with a smile and a hello. As far as treatment goes, so far I have been getting acupuncture/cupping and massages for my back and shoulders. Jasmine explains the entire acupuncture/cupping procedure, concentrates on your areas of need and takes pride in making sure that she is doing the best that she can for you. My massages have been very relaxing. Each massage therapist has her own style and takes the time to ask you exactly how youre feeling and what areas you would like worked on. Shout Outs to Rebecca, Genesis, and Patty for getting me loose and pain free. I will be starting physical therapy shortly and from what I see of the people in there doing it now, its well organized and the therapists are right there with you guiding you through the process. Last, but certainly not least I have to say that Joyce has been so wonderful to me. From making me feel welcome, to scheduling my appointments, and answering all my questions. She is the Best! If you are searching for a place for physical therapy, search no more . Ignite is the place to go. 5 Stars well deserved!

I had a wonderful experience at Ignite Physical Therapy. I was there to rehab a torn achilles after surgery. Im in a unique position in that Ive torn both achilles, so I guess I have some experience. I gotta say that working with Dr. Hanna and his staff, helped me come back stronger, and quicker than the first time around. They are friendly, attentive and provide a great atmosphere, but they will definitely push you to get better. The facility is very clean, and its located in an easily accessible location. Everyone of the staff was SO accommodating all the time. I also had many insurance questions along the way, and the staff was always more than willing to try to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to check out Ignite Physical therapy!

First time trying acupuncture and first time at this location. I must say I was pleasantly surprised from the door. The receptionists greeted my 5 year old twins and I warmly and even made them feel right at home during their wait, as I was getting treated in the back of the office. Dr. Jasmine is wonderful, we went over medical history and areas of pain first and then we got right to it. She explained the process while doing it, explained what she found to be my weaknesses and informed me of how often I should be coming for treatment. Looking forward to visit next Saturday.

They are committed to providing excellent patient care. From the moment you walk in you feel how professional they are; this begins with front desk prompt attention, welcoming smiles and hospitality to the top-quality physical therapist team who are very dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients. I was there on Thursday and they took care of me; whereas Dr. Hanna listened very carefully to my injury complaint and directed me to the required treatment. I was really pleased to be there.
