Dr. Arthur and the Total Care staff have been so helpful to me! I suffer from sciatic pain which can be debilitating and extremely painful. From the first day Dr. Arthur Mullokandov and his wonderful staff have been warm and welcoming! They are all very professional and helpful. All staff is knowledgable and I have felt less pain just after 1 week! I feel such relief and I would highly recommend this facility for physical therapy or rehabilitation! Dr. Arthur Mullokandov is a wonderful physical therapist and his techniques and knowledge have been extremely helpful to me. I would highly recommend this facility to any friend or family member! Total Care is awesome and Dr. Arthur is the best! He doesnt give up on his patients and is hands on every step of the way! Im grateful to everyone there for helping me physically function again!

I highly recommend this facility. Rehab is as important as the surgery. I suffered an ACL complete tear and Severe Grade 2 MCL in my left knee while snowboarding this past season. I needed PT before and after my surgery. My goal is to return to my active lifestyle as soon as possible. I chose this facility because of the focus on sports rehab. I am currently in my 5th week post-op, according to my Drs feedback I am ahead of schedule for recovery. I am very happy with my experience here. Artur and his staff are professional, courteous, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I get time with the physical therapist as well as modified stretches and exercises based on my progress. They know all their clients by name. Highly recommended. I am looking forward to returning to snowboarding this coming season.

My experience at Total Care has been exceptional. Dr. Artur and his staff provide exceptional customer service as well as flexible scheduling which is great for someone as myself who travels 20+ minutes to get to the office. His assistants make their patients feel at ease during their therapy with their friendly demeanor and conversation. At Total Care you are not just seen as a patient; you are a person and they treat you as so. I went in for therapy for both my ankle and knee and after two weeks I was walking normal with minimal pain. Not only do I feel his methods of therapy work, but after a follow up visit with my Orthopedic, he made the comment" You must be going to a good therapist because he tapes your leg really well. Not all therapist know what their doing." I couldnt agree more:)

I had an Amazing Experience at Total Care there is really no other place like it. With an Excellent Staff and the very own Dr. Arthur you will be wanting to come back for more than 3 weeks thats for sure. The Atmosphere is great clean, organized, and super friendly. They make sure that you are doing great and are okay with everything, when you are there you feel like if you were a King or Queen. They put in tremendous amounts of effort to make sure that you are satisfied in any type of way. Ive had many experiences with physical therapists as a player and coach for the last 20 years, but without a doubt, I have had the best experience with Dr. Artur at Total Care. Hes a top of the line sports doctor who has immediately helped me recover from my injuries. His knowledge and methods to hea injuries is unmatched. Everytime I have seen Dr. Artur, I have immediately felt better and my injuries have been better within days. Total Care is a first class facility with an excellent staff that treats their patients like family. I hate going to most doctors but I look forward to going to Total Care because Dr. Artur and his staff will help me recover from my injuries by the end of my visit and they treat me and all their patients like we are a part of the family.

Dr. Arthur Mullokandov is the best physical therapist in the area Im 42 years of age and I was in dire need of a PT. I walked into the facility with crutches and within four days Im walking without the use of crutches. His attention to and technology is high-grade updated to standard massage the best in the area Ive been to other therapy physicians in the past not half as good the experience is a five star rating The laser machine is like magic the Massage therapy and the facility is one-of-a-kind hands are like magic The staff is as nice as could be everyone here is down to earth and extremely welcoming have to add that there is not a wait also there always on schedule ..

An amazing place. After a few visits, I was surprised to realize that I did not feel the always present pain that made me miserable. After being treated at other PT facilities for about two years, a neurologist recommended Dr. Arturs facility and I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. For the first time I have felt great improvement to the constant pain in multiple areas of my body. Dr. Artur has also addressed the dizziness that accompanies the pain as the result of a serious car accident. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Artur is compassionate, humble and will find the way to make you feel better.

Dr. Arthur is a fantastic doctor. He takes time to understand your situation, is patient enough to walk through each exercise in detail. There has never been a wait time and if you respect your appointment time then you will be attended on time. He has a good team of fellow doctors and physical therapists to assist you. I came here after a referral from a specialist for lower back pain. I have been coming here for two months and my pain has nearly disappeared. The doctor taught me manu exercises that I can practice at home on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

After my knee operation I thought I wouldnt be able to walk, bending my knee, stand up after setting or coming out of my bed normally. Fortunately for me I was directed to Total Care Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine at 4801 Bway, Union City, NJ. With the direction of Dr.Arthur Mullokandov and his will qualified staff I restored my knee function with their massage therapy, experiences and pain management. This place is amazing. I had severe right shoulder & neck pain; I had injections administered in the emergency room that didnt help. The pain was worse than labor pains ( I am a mother of four). I was not able to move my arm in any direction. In 3 sessions I saw a major improvement and am back to work. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Dr and his staff are passionate and caring. I am eternally grateful for their undivided attention, and their positive encouragements towards a speedy recovery.. 100% recommend.

Great place for physical therapy. Super friendly, courteous staff and therapist and they have the knack of getting the patients to interact with one another while encouraging each other. They thoroughly explain what should be done and why. The facility is very clean, spacious and bright. In two short weeks after starting here, I am walking much better, more confident and needless to say, very happy. This is a great place for therapy after a total knee replacement. My surgeon is very happy with my progress.
