i started off at Twin Boro over the summer as I had severe infra-patellar tendinitis in both of my knees. Doctor Castro did an amazing job getting me better. When I started therapy with him, I couldnt even perform a solid body weight squat...through his program and his guidance I am now able to squat close to 200 pounds with absolutely no knee pain. I continue to go to him for minor injuries and he does an amazing job getting me feeling better! I definitely recommend him! Hes friendly and knows what hes doing!!

Best physical therapy in the area. I have been there a few times for knee replacement therapy. The physical therapists are top notch and worked hard to help me recover. The entire staff is pleasant and if I ever need therapy again Ill return there. These are true Doctors of physical therapy, I have gone to other quote unquote physical therapists in the area, and was treated by chiropractors and assistants. Twinboro is real physical therapy and I highly recommend them.

The staff there was amazing and helped me get back to everything I was doing previously plus more. I had a fully torn acl and now i even forget I had it done due to how well it recovered thanks to everyones help! This is my second time coming to Twin Boro for an injury and I absolutely love it. Im a student athlete so getting back to my training program was a priority. Both times the environment was positive and the team was exceptional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of physical therapy, especially athletes.

I was suffering from a pretty wicked case of runners knee. Ariel and his team of physical therapists gave me the stretch routines and strength training I needed to get me back up and running again.
