These guys are top notch! I have suffered from serious back and neck pain and headaches for more than 6 years. I tried everything I could think of to recover......exercising at home, massage therapy, yoga, another PT office... nothing relieved my pain. It just kept getting worse. I recently moved to NJ and saw a spine doctor who referred me to Jersey PT. I am so grateful for the amazing and expert care I received from Marc Rubenstein and Jenna at the Plainsboro office. They are pleasant and patient and knowledgeable and listened carefully to my situation. They made an exercise plan tailored to my problem and then monitored me during my weeks of therapy. They adjusted my exercise plan throughout my therapy as I got better. I joked with Marc that he is like a hawk seeing when anyone in the room needed help with an exercise to get the maximum benefit. He is dedicated truely cares about his patients and wants to help them get better. He emailed me my exercises so I would have instructions at home too. In addition to great practitioners, the office is beautiful and all of the equipment is brand new. I never thought I would feel normal again and I am back to enjoying my life again! No more headaches, my back and neck muscles are loose and strong. I feel great! I have returned to work now and I am able to get on the floor to play with my 2 small childen. I can excercise again without pain. I can sleep well again without neck pain. I have my life back! I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know and I will come back to them if I ever need help again. Thank you so much to Marc and Jenna for caring for me!!

I just finished 7 week PT with Jersey PT in Plainsboro for back pain. Both Marc and his assistant are very passionate and caring individuals. Facility is new and they are flexible in giving appointments to patients. Marc would spend great deal of time educating me on what I can and cannot do to not get hurt again. Marc also took some time to e-mail the whole physical therapy program at the end of my session. All the exercises that I had to do at home were very simple and easy to follow. I would recommend Jersey PT to my friends and family. I went back again for few session with Marc and Jenna. Again they both did an awesome job in taking care of my pain. I strongly recommend them.

I just finished 7 sessions of therapy and I am very pleased with the results. The entire staff is awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and warm. The facility is clean and has a very positive atmosphere. They have just the perfect amount of equipment. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. They have very flexible hours that meet everyones needs. I really like how they follow-up with sending you exercises that you can do at home. You know that theyre really on the look-out for your healing. And, as a added bonus, you even get a t-shirt when your sessions. I would highly recommend Jersey Physical Therapy in Plainsboro.

I have been to Jersey Physical Therapy for disc issues in my neck. Marc Rubenstein is an excellent PT. He helped me get back to normalcy within a few weeks. He also noted that my mid back was stiff and recommended a MRI to my doctor and they were able to find a disc bulge. He showed real care for me as a patient, recommending a number of positive changes to my work, home, and exercise routines. His staff is very professional and comfortable to work with. In the unfortunate instance when you need a PT, I would strongly recommend Jersey Physical Therapy.

a friend of mine recommended jersey physical therapy, and im so glad i went. i have severe scarring from my mastectomy, so i could not raise my arm. marc did a wonderful job identifying the problem (i thought it was a problem with my shoulder but it turns out it was my scar tissue), prescribing exercises, and working the area to increase flexibility. the entire practice is friendly and professional, they make what could be an unpleasant experience more comfortable and effective.

The therapy not only provided me with a successful recovery but improved the strength and mobility of my wrist,arms, and shoulders. Jersey Physical Therapy is working out very well for me. Having the exercises customized for me that I am suppose to do on the web for me is very helpful. I started with 3 visits/week and now I am down to 2 visits a week. My night time leg cramps are now gone and my right shoulder is not as stiff and painful. I was able to change the brakes and rotors on my wifes car last weekend.

I just finished a seven-week program for my right knee at Jersey PT in Plainsboro. I made fine progress in strength, balance, and flexibility. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and good-natured. The facility is splendid and the equipment is new. They taught me home exercises and how to tape my knee. If I ever need PT again, this will be my first choice.

Marc and his staff were wonderful in helping me recover from a herniated disc in my lower back. The exercises and posture tips they gave me were easy to integrate into my home life. This not only helped with my recovery, but has made me aware of how my posture was contributing to my degenerative discs. Highly recommend.
