I had a appointment 6.2.2016 at 1.30 Pm, i got there 15 minutes early, there was a mean lady she looks %100 Russian and she was so acting so ugly, i told her im here to see Dr. Jonathan Gold, she said he is not expecting me as a patient, I was like whatttt what does it mean ! She said HE DOESNT WANT ME HIS PATIENT, I WAS LIKE WHAT, SHE WAS LIKE IT HIS OFFICE HE CAN DECIDE WHAT EVER HE WANTS, she was trying to give me other doctor, i was there for advice to see doctor Gold. But they are just wasting time, how possible doctor can pick their patients, is that legal ???? Im going yo talk my lawyer to see what we can do about it, thats it so wrong, hope they fired that laid maybe doctor doesnt even know what she said. Im not gonna leave this like that. Yunus Uluocak

The worst experience ever, I was in the office for 5 minutes talking with Dr Gold, everything he told I knew from googling. He prescribed me 3 medications that gave me allergic reactions and it made my face peel off. After I called the office, the nurse told me to try each product a week, and see which will have the worst side effect so ill know not to use it, as if I am a guinea pig and will force myself to be in pain. They either prescribe you medication that will give them profit from the company, or they are highly uneducated. My face cleared off after i started using herbal products, and not the toxic medication they were giving me.

Dr. Gold is fantastic - a doctor with expertise and common sense. Doesnt biopsy everything - actually diagnosed the problem after 2 other dermatologists just had elaborate plans for biopsies and allergy tests and never were able to diagnose what was wrong. Dr. Gold was able in one visit to correctly diagnose the problem and prescribe a topical cream to deal with a rash on my face. He is just a good, good doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from any type of skin problem. He is a man of integrity and knowledge!

My visits were uniformly quick to see Dr. Gold, waiting under 10mins from appt time to exam room; his staff were all courteous and professional. Dr. Golds demeanor was pleasant and his diagnosis was correct & proven by conclusive biosy. He took the time to address all my concerns in a thorough & professional manner and explained everything to my satisfaction, he made me feel very much that he had my best interests at heart. His attention has improved the quality of my life, and i heartily reccomend his services.

Felt my procedure was performed like it was "on the fly", rather than properly prepared. Ended up with daily bleeding and an infection. The latter was discovered when I returned to get stitches out and was treated with prescription. A week later I was at a plastic surgeon for a cyst removal and asked him to look at the other area - said two stitches had not been removed. Also said it would take a very long time for the area to heal. Hopefully my experience is not typical.
