I hate going to the dentist. I dont want latex gloves- in my mouth, making me gag, I hate the taste of the polish at the end, hate the inane lectures on brushing my teeth. Dr. Elshafee has changed that. The office is elegant & relaxing, just enough to take the edge of the anxiety off- the staff friendly and EFFICIENT and so professional. He is concerned without the lecture. They handle the insurance paperwork BEFORE you come in, so they have handled everything and there are no annoying $2 copay to mail back. No robo-phone calls to confirm appointments- everything can be handled by text and email- perfect for me. He saw my visiting mother in law, in an emergency, with tooth pain. Her NYC dental insurance doesnt cover much of an extraction. They insisted they would only charge her costs, and treated her very kindly. My 4 year old has had several visits now and she loves the dentist! Anything can be fixed with a new toothbrush a visit to the treasure box. I live about 30 minutes away- and make the trip for the excellent dental care and follow up.

This office is incredible!! From the moment you walk in any anxiety you may feel about going to the Dentist is immediately erased by the warm environment and the friendly staff. Dr. Shafee is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and makes you feel very comfortable. The Hygienists did a great job and like everyone else in the office was very sweet. The office is very considerate of your time and it was very convenient receiving the text and phone call reminders for my appointment. They help you navigate any insurance questions or issues. Dr. Shafee has clearly set the tone in this office to make sure the patient is comfortable, informed and happy. I have zero reservations about referring anyone to this office! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is probably the first review Ive ever taken the time to write because it is worthwhile. From beginning to end, the experience received is impeccable. The office is modern and welcoming. The receptionists are polite, professional and always helpful. The facilities are immaculate. Communications about your appointments are state-of-the-art. Dr. Elshafee, my dentist, is personable, gentle and truly shows he cares for his patients. You can tell when a place of business puts thought and care into things. This office certainly does that. From the wonderful music playing in the background to the dentists assistants welcoming you with a smile, thank you Smile Dental Care for being the best and for always being accommodating.

Best dentist ever! Ive gone to a few dentist before and I had horrible experiences, but this dentist office is beautiful, clean, organized! I come in and I dont even have to sit or wait Im seen immediately! The service is great everytime, Dr. Shafee and his staff are amazing people, always friendly and treat me like family when I come in. I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST NOW! He does amazing work on my teeth, you could never tell Ive gotten any work done, the process is painless every time! I recommend him to everyone I know! He is for sure the best !

went to the smile care dental office because they where highly recommended by a friend and i must say....he was 100% right. they are very professional but caring all at the same time. i had (4) four teeth removed and was able to go back to work with hardly any pain at all. i hadnt been to the dentist in 13 years because of a bad experience but these guys made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. susan the office mgr is wonderfull and dr shafee is the man!! thanks guys for everything.....ill be back.

Great staff! Wonderful people that are willing to help you! When you call the office the receptionist is so nice and friendly. When you visit the office, you are welcomed brightly. My boyfriend needed a dental emergency appointment and they were able to take him right away. He doesnt have insurance and they are willing to help, with affordable prices. The office is very clean, modern, wonderful ambiance. I highly recommend this dental office for your next visit!

I love Smile Care Dental Group. From the moment you call to schedule an appoinmtment, to the explanation of costs related to your treatment plan, Suzy makes the experience so comfortable. She is extremely nice and sweet, explains the different options available to make it more affordable. Dr. Baraty is very kind and gentle. I love the fact she sat down with me and xplained the treatment plan step by step. I already recommended this dental group to my family.

My daughter and visited for the first time and was seen by Dr. Borade. She was amazing! The entire staff was welcoming, showed concern, and genuinely cared about making our experience at the office like no other. I wont be changing no time soon. I chose this dentist because of their reviews here and I have to say they live up to them! Not only are they friendly, but they do an awesome job at making sure you are comfortable! I almost fell asleep during my root canal!!! But seriously, they are great doctors and most importantly... GOOD PEOPLE. Thats all that matters to me :]
