I called collingswood dental about a month ago and asked if they took my insurance. I gave them my dental card information and i was assured I was covered. On the day I went in for my services they took xrays of my teeth then repaired a broken tooth in the back of my mouth. The doctor told me that I would experience pain for two weeks then it would stop. Before I left one of the staff said the balance was $100 and my insurance company covered $300. I paided $50 at that time i was going to pay the rest once my tooth was better. 2 weeks in I still had pain but I decided to wait longer just in case. I then made another appointment on June 15th. When I came in they couldnt find my chart or my insurance information. I called Cigna to ask if they could fax a card over to the office or help me prove that I did actually visit this office. The customer service rep explained that this doctor was out of my network and that my the dentists claim was denied. Shame on me for not calling the Cigna myself. Unfortunately I trusted the doctor and staff.He took an xray the said there was nothing wrong with my tooth.I should only get it fixed once I decided I cant deal with the pain anymore.I told him that there is something wrong with the tooth, It doesnt matter if I chewed on hot, cold, or luke warm things the tooth hurt anytime I bit down on it and I would get big pieces of food stuck in it if I tried to chew on it. He then said I need a root canal and that was a $800 procedure. Wait! if there is nothing wrong with my tooth or gum why would he tell me I needed a root canal?He basically treated me like I was an idiot and I was experiencing pretend or imaginary pain. The best part was when I got up to the front. Now it was my responsibilty to pay the whole amount since I was never covered. ok fine. My orginal balance was $400. I paided $50. which would leave me with a balance of $350. The receptionist said the original blanace was now $485 since I paid $50. How did $400 turn into $535?

I am a patient of Dr. Roger Sheinkin of Collingswood Dental for over 25 years now and I am very happy to have chosen him as my dentist. Dr. Sheinkin is a great dentist--hes very professional and very welcoming to his customers. Additionally, when I am in their center, I feel that I am very welcome because the whole workforce is very friendly and approachable which is very important for me personally. Whenever I have any dental problems, I just go to them and I know that everything will be okay once I leave their center. For example, this morning, I was afflicted with a painful toothache and headache. I phoned the center and requested if I could possibly be accommodated within the day even if my scheduled appointment was still in two days, and they graciously let me. I thought it was seeing be a grueling procedure but when it was my turn, he checked out the xray, gave me some Novocaine, and fixed my problem tooth any difficulty. (By the way, to me, Dr. Sheinkin gives the best shots of Novocaine; you can feel no pain at all.) He is self-assured, competent, welcoming, quick, and he will tell you right up front what he can do, and how much itll cost. I am happy that I have come to know the best dentist in the world and I will share it to whoever needs one.

I have been a regular and loyal client of Dr. Sheinkin for more than 30 years now. Although people usually dislike going to the dentist, I can say that each visit I had at Collingswood Dental is pleasurable! From the warm greetings I get whenever I walk through their door to the assurance that I get the best service and best value for my money. Dr. Sheinkin had done many procedures on me through the years, and so far, not any of them brought me problems or complications. Another thing that impresses me with Collingswood is that their office staff would promptly give a call back if you leave a message beyond office hours. I would gladly recommend Dr. Sheinkin and Collingswood Dental to all of my family members and friends.

Dr. Sheinkin is a most excellent dentist! I had been putting off the dentist for years because I dont have dental insurance and also because I am extremely scared of going to the dentist. Dr. Sheinkin and his staff made me feel at ease. He fixed my chipped tooth and I can smile now without feeling like people are staring at my chipped tooth. Thats priceless! Im not going to lie- Im not necessarily looking forward to my next appointment- but Im also not having a panic attack by thinking about it. What can I say, Ive always hated the mere thought of going to the dentist, but that part has certainly changed since I started going to Dr. Sheinkin. Go to him. Make your appointment now. Im sure you are way overdue like I was.

I have had a very bad experience with a dentist that had me taken to the ER and traumatized me for life. What happened was that an infected tooth cause my face to swell, and my dentist wasnt able to see me because he was fully booked and so I did not receive even remedy. A friend of mine saw my condition and told me about Dr. Sheinkin at Collingswood Dental. I instantly made an appointment and I was warmly accommodated by the staff there. I highly esteem the professionals and staff at Collingswood Dental. Dr. Sheinkin is just the best dentist. I have been referring people to your office since my first visit. I could not thank you enough for taking good care of me.

I highly recommend Dr. Roger Sheinkin and his staff to anyone who needs a good dentist and especially to those with dental anxiety. I have had a life-long fear dental work stemming from some very tangible bad experiences both as a child and an adult. Going to Collingswood Dental has changed all that. The staff is highly skilled, efficient, thoughtful and caring. They pay attention to their patients before and during the procedures. I cannot say I conquered my fear, Collingswood Dental simply made it disappear. And at 64 years young, that says a lot!

My wife and I have been patients at Collingswood Dental for 40 years. My wife had a problem that three other dentists either walked away from or said that extraction was the only answer. My wife was telling a friend of her problem and the friend then told her of Roger. Today, 40 years later, the tooth is still in its original position.
