Im giving 2 stars because my appointment was fine. However, my husbands appointments WERE NOT. As a new patient, they had him scheduled for an initial appointment (for x-rays, etc.) which he went to. He was told he needed a service done and a cavity filled and they quoted him $60 out of pocket and insurance would cover the rest. The scheduling desk scheduled two more appointments for him (both separate visits)- one for the service and filling, and another for a general cleaning (which is what he really needed). Once I found that out I called to reschedule for him so everything he needed would be done in one visit. I was assured that it would be and that he was to be seen at 1 PM for the service and filling and then 1:40 for the cleaning. He went to his appointment for the service/filling and waited for the cleaning and was told there was NO APPOINTMENT and no one was there to do a cleaning, thus needing to schedule another appointment for the cleaning. Frustrated, he paid the $60 co-pay and left. THEN after all this, they sent us a bill IN FULL for the service saying our insurance did not cover any of it. So needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this dishonest office.

I have been coming to this dentist office for the past 2 years. The dentists are very rude. One time during my filling, the people working on my teeth did not even pay attention to me and focused more in chitchating. The incident that made it the last straw was when I came to get a new impressions for a mouthguard. The one that I got didnt even last since early last year. When I was asking about the quality and warranty of the mouthguard, they said that there is only one kind and that it is my fault for severe grinding. My understanding is that a good mouthguard from the dentist, regardless of the severity of the condition, should last for at least few years, not just a year. It doesnt make sense to me to pay hundreds of dollars if the product wears out that quickly. Then she started asking me if I was a dentist and gave me such an attitude. Anyways I am very displeased with how I was treated and disregarded as a customer. I recommend not coming here. I will not be coming back to this dentist office.

This is a solid dental office. We just have to agree to disagree on some things - like the partner who thinks that mercury is a good thing to have in your mouth. There have been some mixups, I think, due to my limited insurance. Recently, I booked the wrong oral surgeon by mistake, one who takes my PPO, but not the DMO, and Warminster Dental was super patient, understanding, and helpful. Its a mostly female practice, which may explain that. Given the mess that is health insurance today, some of the issues that others have had seem inevitable, and we just have to accept that, I think. And, BTW, Denise, Christie, and Jessica at the front desk are anything but rude - that issue was probably on the other side of the desk, based on my experience.

My husband called this dentist in the hopes they could help him out seeing as they had done the original work. As soon as the woman asked for his insurance provider and was told it was a Medicaid provider her whole attitude changed she became very rude and said they dont accept any medical assistant providers. When then asked how much it would cost out of pocket the woman replied with "you couldnt afford it". I cant believe the disregard he received because of the fact he has medicaid.

Ive been a patient of this office since 1990. I have found this to be a quality practice, and have referred several family members here. The entire staff including the receptionists, the hygienists, the dental assistants, and the dentists have been great. Their pricing is fair, they provide quality dentistry, and never once have I felt that they recommended or performed any procedure that wasnt necessary. Im happy to have discovered this office many years ago.

Rude schedulers. For the first time appointment, they gave my husband cleaning appountment over 3 1/2month away in October 23. Inconvenient businesses hour : close during lunch everyday, close at 5 or 6 pm everyday except Tuesday 8pm. Close at 1 pm on Friday and close Sat and Sunday. Dont waste your time and energe and be treated like second class citizen when you spend money and need dental care.

My family has been going to Warminster Dental for 20 years. Office keeps getting better and better. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We have had no problems with any of the dental work that has been done. Minimal to no wait when show up for appointments. Up to date equipment and massage chairs! We have referred many friends and family members to the practice and will continue to do so.
