I cant speak for the other offices, but the Irvington office is a mess!!! I have had the worst experience with a Dr. Jonhson. He walked in the room no greetings nor introductions as if he was at war and left the room as a wind no explanations. The hygienist (Regie) had to fill me in on what was going on. He was nice and made a difference. The scheduling team ( Medical assistants/receptionist at the front desk, horrible!!! They scheduled an appointment gave me a card, when I didnt get a reminder call I called them. They explained that the reason why I did not have a call was because I did not have any scheduled appointment on that day while i had a reminder card. Moreover, they would schedule the appointment call to cancel the day prior or same morning of your visit, or ask you to come now. I have had a few appointment with Dr. Kan on Fridays, the office called numerous time to cancel the appointments because I was told that the doctor doesnt see or stop seeing patients after 3 on Fridays, but yet they kept scheduling me on that same day and time and have the nerve to tell me that I have to many missed appointments and I would have to come as a walk in to be seeing. I asked the medical assistant to speak to a supervisor, she kept putting me on hold without a word. I would be talking and realized that i was on hold. The manager her name is Jamilah told me yes we cannot see you on a scheduled appointment you have to be seen as a walk in. Meaning when theres a spot available which could take all day. I asked her Whos fault was it that the office canceled my appointments, well you have 3 that werent canceled they were missed. Ok. I Asked her for the dates she went back 2 years ago! Ok, for the future how many cancelations are allowed? She answered "I dont know" . Ok Jamilah, Was any of that listed on the new patient package or is it a new policy? She answered that she was told not to reschedule after 3 missed appointments. Ok, as a patient shouldnt I be allowed to have a copy of this new policy or do you have any document to show me right now where this is listed. She answered "No". I called corporate spoke to someone name Sonya, she said after 3 missed appointments I was only allowed to schedule early morning appointments meaning 8am. She argued that I misunderstood what the manager Jamilah told me to go ahead and keep my appointment but be aware that after 3 missed appountments I have to be a walk in. Ok! Yesterday Tuesday 11/15/16 I had another appointment with one of my sons. I showed up 5 minutes before the appointments.However, my son was not with me, he was on a school bus 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, the bus had an incident he wasnt able to join me for his appointment. So I asked the MA to reschedule his appointment, thats when a lady next to her told me "No, you are not allowed to scheduled another appointment, I told you on the phone yesterday". No, I did not speak to no one yesterday, however I did speak to Sonya from corporate about my oldest sons appointment Friday, she allowed him to keep his appointment. She answered " yes I know I spoke to you". Oh so you are Sonya? She answered "yes I am". Ok sound weird That Sonya from corporate would be in uniform at the front desk scheduling.

I had a long experience with this office. Originally I was there for dentures, however with my health problems, pulling teeth was not an option. Jointly with Dr. Jake Moon, we decided on porcelain veneers, both top and bottom. Throughout this process the entire staff was fantastic. Dr. Moon is a caring, knowledgable dentist who spends time explaining the process in detail. His assistants, Amy and Kat became caring friends who always made me feel welcome. Christine, my hygienist sings my name song to me when I come in. Other staff members are also very friendly, Veronica, Louise...I could go on and on. The manager is thoughtful and caring as well. All in all, I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. My family has taken to calling me A movie star due to my new beautiful smile. Thank you guys, youre the best!!

I went here a few years ago for my dentist and my orthodontist. The orthodontist was great, the dentist on the other hand were horrible; when I got my teeth cleaned it was basically like you where getting a shower while you where their and I had to go back to get a filling done and when they put the novocaine in they just started drilling right away and didnt make sure I was numb so I felt everything, OUCH. The lady kept yelling at me in another language so I had no idea way she was saying. After this visit I never went here again. Im glad I didnt because the tooth they filled wasnt done properly causing to have to get it re drilled to help prevent it from getting worse. I wouldnt suggest going to the dentist here.

I went in for my second time and it was understood that they where going to pull a tooth for me. I paid for the first visit which was x-rays and they had me come back for the extraction. When I came in all they did was x-rays again and told me to come back yet again. And I still had to pay for it AGAIN. Nothing but a bunch of low life cronies who got their Dental licence in a basement. I would not suggest anyone to go to this place.

Always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and warm. Doctor goes over treatment in detail, but makes easy to understand. They seem like they care very much for their patients. Ive alwaysbeen afraid of the dentist, but I feel very comfortable in this office. As a bonus, there is accessible parking in the back of the office.

Shady, shady, shady. Never will go back. They seem to either not submit my claims or dont care and every time I go back I somehow have an increasingly higher balance after I pay off previous one. They have 8 chairs and its like a revolving door of getting in as many patients (money) as fast as possible. Horrible

Was moving and the staff got me in here to get work done before my move. Dr. Patel is a great Dr. Treats patients. Like family. A special ty to Christina who took time from her family to help me out, April for helpimg me get in for appointments. And printing records for me.

The doctors him self is good phone calls take a year and they dont answer just say leave a message they never call back I was getting braces they never called back I wound recommend it

Love this place, the people are extremely nice. Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist. He work wonders with my train wreck of a mouth.
