ABSOLUTE SMILE COMMITS INSURANCE FRAUD AND PAYS FOR REVIEWS TO COVER IT UP I am a former patient of Absolute Smile. The dentists (two men of Eastern European descent) told me I had almost ten teeth that needed to be fixed. Either by root canal or filling. I thought it was odd since I didnt have any pain in my teeth so I decided on a second opinion. I paid cash to visit my fathers dentist on Frankford ave. This dentist told me he only found one cavity. At this point, with such a wide discrepancy between the two diagnoses, I knew someone was lying. I sought out a third dentist almost a year later and he said I had two cavities. This would be on par with the second dentist, leading me to believe ABSOLUTE SMILE MISDIAGNOSES PEOPLE, ON PURPOSE, IN ORDER TO MAKE MONEY. That is insurance fraud so I contacted the Dental Board, my insurance and now, YOU, the public. Beware of this place! They will ruin your teeth for financial gain. Shame on this company for ruining peoples smiles just to make a few bucks. Its sickening to even think of. This is a true account of my experience with this company and they can feel free to sue me if I am telling a lie. I can assure you, the only person that will walk out of that courtroom with a settlement will be me.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These people are vulgar tyrants and abusive vicious beasts! The front desk wench with the long dark hair is sooooooo ignorant & condescending with a real smart mouth that needs to be fixed! The Russian dentist and her assistants are nasty and vindictive if you give them the slightly complaint, grief or hold up as they will literally HURT YOU ON PURPOSE as they did me!! The assistant that cleaned my teeth was a nasty abusive animal that was forceful, abrupt and purposely hurt me.. I NEVER went home with so much pain AFTER HAVING MY DAMN TEETH CLEANED! The dentist herself has caused more and more damage to my teeth and entire jaw structure ever since I started going there as to WHY ILL NEVER GO AGAIN! You would be better off going to a damn clinic then to these ANIMALS!! RUN FOR YOU LIFE! ------- FYI: Notice ALL the BS 5 Star reviews are from ALL RUSSIANS!!! ALL friends and family of the staff! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

I went to the Harbison office for a root canal the dental work is great the dentist is awesome.His staff not so much my cleaning was very painful and she could care less how hard she shoved around my mouth! The front office is rude and can careless about explain anything other than how much cash they want (I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE) They tried to charge me out of pocket when my insurance covers a cap&crown they gave me the run around . And i was told Ill be called back and never was. When I called back the lady yelled at me and says I have to pay cause my insurance has a waiting period but I called my insurance and they do not . But yet they still wanted me to pay out of pocket. I cancelled my appointment because of the absolute rudeness I was given both in person and on the phone YOUR STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IF I RETURN EXPECT THE EQUAL AMOUNT OF RUDENESS TO THEM AS WELL. AGAIN THE DENTIST IS GREAT AND IS A VERY NICE POLITE MAN.

This place is crazy I called on Saturday to be seen because I had a huge hole in my tooth and the nerve was exposed and the dentist got on the phone was so rude to me saying I fixed that back in January and it was only a 2 week filling and you just disappear and we never Heard from you . Thats not the point Im in pain and you refuse to see me . She stated what would you like me to do for you . PULL MY TOOTH . We schedule an appointment for Tuesday and I was robbed at the bus stop and couldnt call to the dentist to inform them I wasnt gonna make my appointment. So I called today and she wanted to charge me $45 because I missed 2 appointment why didnt you ever tell me you charge for missed appointment . Thats insane I would not recommend this place to anyone . Thats not the way you take care of business. .sorry just had to get that out GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DENTAL WORK

My Daughter-in-law was a patient at this dental office and was treated horribly totally humiliated, most people have a great fear of dental offices and because she had a little panic attack the dentist refused further care to her. She was given a temporarily fill in and was informed by the dentist not to return that she needs to find another dentist for the rest of her dental needs. This is a serious case of discrimination of treatment and this office definitely needs further investigating to end such treatment to other patients coming for services. Most Dentist have a sense of apathy for patients with fear of treatments from dental offices, however this particular dentist was rude and unsympathetic towards the needs of her patient. In my many years of medical experience and knowledge this is unexceptable and very unprofessional conduct.

Not seeing a dentist in 15 years gave me a huge phobia and was extremely nervous just walking, the entire team was friendly and empathetic towards my personal needs which mainly inclued them comforting me through out the whole process, they step by step me the whole time making sure I felt at ease, my Dr. Luba knew what she was doing and knew exactly what to say to keep me from running out the room, I think she knew I wanted to lol. she also educated me on my oral hygiene explaining what was happening to my teeth and what would happen if I didnt take more serious of rge health of my teeth. The receptionist Yelena is definitely a people person and knows how to do her job and will always find a way to work with you, she brain stormed untill we found a payment plan comfortable for us... She was simply the best

After getting referred to absolute smile by both my sister and cousin after another dentist drilled into the root of my teeth, which resulted in five root canals, I can only speak with gratitude towards the absolute smile team. The staff is extremely professional and personable, specifically Elaina and Ava have made my experience a comfortable one. Dr. Alla is a very good dentist and a perfectionist towards her work. She fixed my teeth with minimal pain and provided me with optimal care in regards to fixing my teeth. I for one learned the hard, expensive way how important it is to find a good dentist. For this reason, I will always remain an absolute smile patient!

I love going to absolute smile. Well I hate having to go but I love being able to go to a place that is in my book the best Ive ever been to. The 2 times I went to them I was in horrible pain, walked in they brought me right back got my X-rays done and numbed me up all within 10 mins. And after being numbed I sat for another 10 mins and then the doctor came in and got to work. Very professional, very fast, very understanding of what he was doing to his patient and what his patient was feeling, not feeling, and shouldnt be feeling. All in all nothing but respect for that whole office. Would and have recommended anyone to go to absolute smile.
