I brought a friend to this awful place amd was ungreeted by a rude receptionist. Because my friend would not get another set of xrays so close to her last they would not clean her teeth. To make matters worse they, with the dentists involvement called the police to ticket our car!!!! Ive been a proprieter of healthcare 30 years and have never found a group as eager to displease as this! Stay Away!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rickert and her staff at New Hope Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. I was made to feel at ease immediately, which is not an easy thing to do at the dentist! Dr. Rickert and her assistant Christine were efficient and very gentle, they made me feel like I have been a patient there for years! I actually am looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I was just recently a new patient at Dr. Rickerts office and had a wonderful experience. The girl Amy cleaned my teeth and did a great job. Usually I hate getting my teeth cleaned but Amy was very gentle and thorough. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. Great office! :)
