Met Dr. Nowacki and three of her staff members last year and was very impressed and looked forward to our entire family starting at her office. Dr. Nowacki even came out to greet me, and I looked forward to a long term, professional relationship there, especially since our family had been with our previous dentist for 25 years. I was very confused when a staff member I didnt meet at the time, by the name of Barbara, called last week. She was extremely callous on the phone. I asked if Dr. Nowacki could call at her convenience to address a medical concern in our family. Since we did not hear from Dr. Nowacki, we were not certain if the doctor even received the request. When I called the following week, Barbara answered the phone and stated Dr. Nowacki would not be calling me back. I asked if Dr. Nowacki would rather lose four new, long term clients rather than return a phone call, and Barbara mumbled "mmm hmm" and canceled the appointments. If Dr. Nowacki is aware of Barbaras behavior and allows her office to be run in this manner, shame on her. If Dr. Nowacki does not know what is going on behind her back, then maybe social media is the best way to weed out those who do not have respect for hard working professionals in our community.

I have been going to Dr. Nowacki for 10 Years now. I enjoy going and giving all of the staff a dose of perception as you call it. I get my teeth cleaned, a cavity filled, and a crown here and there and I am on my way. I have been with them for 10 years because I had a tooth that went bad, and they were the only ones that were willing to see me and help me. Karen told me where to go for the emergency root canal and had the appointment all set up for when I got to the specialist because I could not even think straight. I have been going there ever since. They used to have a payment plan, but naturally just like everyone else, people that never paid ruined it for the rest of us, Im sure. Im not giving it a "loved it" five stars because if you love going to the dentist, there is something wrong with you.... Thanks

The staff was rude, unknowledgeable and curt. Avoid Karen at all costs. Dr. Nowacki is very kind and does decent work. Prices are SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! They do not offer billing options, so its best to go here if you have insurance. Even then, the staff (minus Dr. Nowacki is awful). Pricing- cavities start at $206.00 (each tooth), take home whitening tray starts at $350.00, and its not as reputable and effective as ZOOM. Refills are $60.00 and they last a week. Their practice charges for every little thing including materials. At my appointment, I was seated in the chair for a total of 10-12 minutes, when I left my bill was $936.00- which had to be paid upfront!!! I was shocked at how Karen spoke to me and the overall level of customer service. I do not recommend this practice.

Maria Nowacki has been my favorite dentist Ive had so far in my life. One of the best parts about going to Dr. Nowacki is how her office understands my family is busy. They have flexible hours and send appointment reminders by text and email well in advance. She obviously cares a lot about her patients and I trust her ability to care for any and all of my dental needs. My entire family has been going to Dr. Nowacki for around 3 years and we are all more than satisfied with the service.

Dr. Nowacki is the best dentist I have ever been to! I am usually unhappy about going to the dentist because I have the typical dentist office worry but Dr. Nowacki and her staff make me feel very relaxed and completely at ease when I am there. I have been going to see Dr. Nowacki for 4 years now and I give her the highest rating because she has earned it!! She is the BEST around.

Always great care. Dr. Nowacki is a great dentist and lovely person. The office is friendly and professional. I do not feel that she tries to have you have procedures that you dont really need. Unlike some other offices my husband and I have been treated at. Thank you Dr. Nowacki and staff. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Nowackis office is warm and inviting. Her staff is extremely kind and friendly and go out of their way to make patients comfortable. Dr. Nowacki is very thorough and listens to any problems a patient may have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nowacki for all your dentistry needs.

She is amazing with my whole family. Love how good she is with my kids. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. My kids are little and they love going to the dentist because they know that Dr Nowacki and her staff are kind, gentle, and always make them feel comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr. Nowacki. She is definitely the best dentist Ive ever had. Her staff is great and the office itself is so nice. I never have to wait for my appointment. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease while there.

Maria Nowacki is far and away the best dentist I have ever had! She is thoughtful, understanding and kind. I have never had a dental problem that she couldnt fix. Her staff is courteous and qualified. I would recommend her to everyone!
