My husband had a chipped tooth that we wanted looked at. Our first visit, they looked at it and cleaned his teeth (if you want to call it that). A little later we get the bill and low and behold, theyve charged us for x-rays!! Were both in the medical field and know how x-rays work so we knew x-rays were never done! We called them and our insurance company. When I called Northeastern they kept insisting that x-rays were done. The guy on the phone was very rude! So we went there and the office was closed! So I called again and they said they were at their overbrook office that day. But on their answering service it said the office was open! So we went there the next day and asked for a copy of these "x-rays", the guy said the machine was down and to try again in a couple of hours. We went back and he says there was a mistake and x-rays were never done! Surprise, surprise! We had another appointment scheduled with them in the meantime. We got there 5 minutes after our scheduled time and the office was closed! When I called from outside their office, they tell me the doctor left early that day! No common courtesy at all, I rushed home from work so we could make it to this appointment and this is how we were treated! This is the worst place ever! We went to academy dental and got everything done there hassle free! Please dont waste your time or your money at this place!

My son was seen on October 18, 2016 for a severe toothache. They took an x-ray, never saw a dentist or dental assistant. They told him they were going to call in prescriptions for antibiotics, pain medication. Needless to say they never called the prescriptions to pharmacy. So on October 19, 2016 we checked with pharmacy again, still nothing. Called Northeastern Denistry @ Cottman again, spoke to a young woman on phone about 945am who told me yes she say that they were ordered, didnt know why they werent called in but she would call them into pharmacy right away. I informed pharmacy to expect call. They never called pharmacy. Pharmacy called office got voice-mail left message. Never heard from them. I called several times got voice mail everytime left 2 messages, no response. No response to pharmacy. So we drove over to office about 1pm. Office was closed! Although according to website they are open Monday- Friday 930am - 630pm. I even called other 2 locations to see if they could help in anyway, no one answered phones at either office,, just voice mail at both loctions. Meanwhile my son is still in pain, & has NO MEDICATION for infected tooth or pain management. Needless to say I WILL NOT or WOULD NOT recommend this office to ANYONE! They dont even have an answering service like most dental & medical offices! DISGRACEFUL!!!!

This place is the worst. Only thing I like is that they give young African Americans a chance. Thats it. First time I went the dentist herself was an hour and a half late. She come pulling up in her Porsche. Then I swear she only looked at my teeth. Said they are bice and told the guy to polish them. I went for a teeth cleaning. The second time...I walked in to ppl waiting in the hallway because the little lobby/ waiting area was full. My apptment was at 11 and 4 ppl said their apptment apartment was at 11. One guy saif he been there since 10:30. I waited another hour and a half to be seen. This place is outrageous. Like I said the ONLY thing that I LIKE is the fact that they have young African Americans working there. That gives blacks a chance at dentistry. Not too many decide to take up dentistry as a career.

I Went to this office to have a tooth pulled recently and would like to say that the Dentist, Dr. Chadhalavada was so very nice and was very caring and concerned about my pain and comfort during the extraction. In addition, I had a billing issue that seemed impossible to get resolved but I was able to explain the problem with their complaint department and the gentleman was incredibly quick and efficient in getting it resolved. I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this. If anyone has any concerns please do not worry or hesitate to go there for all of their dental needs, you will receive pain free dental care. I appreciate the consideration they have given me.

Terrible!! Didnt even do X-rays tried to refuse fixing my teeth after a wk regiment of antibiotics because the dentist had something to do? Three times in one month and only saw a dentist once!! Now my mouth hurts worst than before I went to get a cavity fixed. Dont have enough time to write the rest of this nightmare experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save your teeth!

Bad and terrible!i had a so bad pain and she told me to come back in 2 weeks,and to day a had appointment they call me yesterday to confirm it and they call me today and sad they we can not see you and Im in front of her office,please guys dont go to this place is worst

Quick Service, friendly, gentle treatment. Everyone are very friendly. They saw me within 10 minutes of my arrival. Doctor was very gentle while working on my teeth.
