I had a horrific experience with this dentist!! I went to him previously because his ad indicated that he was a "Gentle Dentist"!!! Just not so!!! Upon receiving word my crown for a tooth was ready, I came in to have the crown fitted. Upon Dr. Spilkia inserted the crown, he left me for a moment, came back in the room, and w/o a word literally YANKED the tooth at of my mouth!!!! I hollered, OWWWW! I said why did you do that! He said you didnt pay for the crown yet!!! Seriously, I should have followed a lawsuit on him for abuse!!! I had no idea that it wasnt paid for yet! I have insurance. He is a horrific dentist!!! This experience is imbedded in my mind FOREVER!!!! Bad, bad dentist!!! Hes sooo bad that he has to advertise in the Northeast Times weekly!!! Any dentist that has to advertise in a newspaper BEWARE!!! They have a history of bad manners!!!!

Its my first time giving a star rating to a dentist but I did like this one. Ive been searching for a dentist and found the cleaning to be painful and some locations as they tend to just rip your gums apart. Id recommend this office because the ladies here treat you like a family member and the place is immaculate (however one spells immaculalte - english isnt my major). anyway, I travel 4-hours from Maryland to Philadelphia just to see this dentist because hes just that good. Im not kidding. If there were ten stars, then hed get all ten...anyway before I ramble on and on, Ive got to drive back to Maryland so just drop by and the ladies here will help. p.s. they are not hard on the eyes either.

Dr. Spilkia & his staff are AMAZING! i have been a patient at the office for 7 years. At one time i was a nervous patient, now i am relaxed and confident that i am in good hands. Dr. Spilkia offers Nitrous Oxide to relax fearful patients and certainly as i would like to say "CATERS TO COWARDS" . They also offer a great referral program, i received a giftcard for referring a friend!! Every experience i have had has been painless and comfortable one, im thankful i found a great dentist. When i go in the office i feel like i am apart of the family, Dr. Spilkia & staff are so warm and welcoming. ALL IN ALL its a great office!

There are many things that set Dr. David Spilkias practice apart from the rest from the rest. At David Spilkia, DMD, Dr. David Spilkia builds personal relationships with his patients, the staff is all warm and inviting, and the office and equipment is bright, shiny and new. They offer Saturday alternately too, and he is very accommodating in general. All in all, a very customer care focused practice, which is lacking pretty much everywhere else. Everyone at David Spilkia, DMD, here in Philadelphia, PA is so nice!

My name is Renee. I have had such a beautiful experience with Dr. Spilikia staff. They are compassionate and very sensitive to me and my fears. Dr. Spilkia is such a wonderful Dentist. Ive been with Dr. Spilkia for a little more than 3 years, and it is always a pleasant visit. Dr. Spilkia and his staff are the best. If you have any phobias of going to the dentist, you have to choose Dr. David Spolkia and his staff, they are so wonderful.

Greatest Dentist, not kidding. When they say Gentle Dentist, this is the practice you want to go to. Dr. Spilkia is wonderful and his staff is extremely professional, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone! I already do and have been a patient of his for 12 years!

Lydia Di Sipio is my dental hygenist at Spikias office. Very professional and caring. Im not a fan of dentists but she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. I dont have any hesitations now knowing that she will be there providing service to me.

Got dentures in 2 months a tooth fell out. In 7 months top dentures split compleatly in half eating gummy bears. My wife got them too and cant chew her food and the dentist wont send then to the lab. They were not sized properly. ANYONE THAT GOES THERE FOR DENTURES IS A FOOL

Absolutely wonderful! My entire family used to hate going to the dentist, until we came here. Even my toddlers love going to the dentist now! The staff are polite, friendly, and caring. The receptionists are amazing, and Dr. Spilkia is the best dentist Ive ever met.
