Horrible place i had pain in my eyes for a 2 days I called them they said they have no one available and they sent me to a place makes glasses i saw the ophthalmologist there and he told me they do that all the time, cause they look for patients who will pay more, not just insurance, he told i will prescribe you eye drops if it did not work you should go back to them. 3 weeks later and nothing changed with the pain and constant tears i told their receptionist of what happened before she put me on hold for 10 min and finally said nothing available till July. I told her if someone came with pain in his eye if this what u do to ask him to wait for 3 months. she said well it is different this is the case.. like seriously, shame on u to call people work there doctors.. totally unprofessional and not trust worthy

Waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 2 minutes. When it was finally my turn to be seen the doctor came in and immediately started to complain about how crazy HIS day had been and gave no recognition or apology to how long I had waited to see him. He spent about a minute determining my condition and about one more administering treatment and then he was gone without a word and I was being rushed out by a nurse. If you have another option and dont have hours to wait, go somewhere else.

I had to wait one month to make an appointment at 1 30 I arrived at 1 25 and at 2 15 still not seen. Then I ask to see a manager. Manager says that is how the appointment system works here. Thus, even if I made a new appointment most likely I would be waiting again. What is the point of evening scheduling an appointment I ask.. The response is because the doctors want it this way. Then I just left, I cant trust people with my eyesight who cant even run proper scheduling system.

The wait time is horrible. They asked us to come in earlier then our scheduled appointment which was at 2. We came in at 12 like they requested and they didnt take us in till 2. Despite that we came back for the surgery which was ok. But the follow ups we wait hours. Never coming back. No regard for other peoples time. And the staff always has an excuse why they are backed up. The only reason they are backed up is because they over book. Plane and simple

Over one year ago. Very clean very professional staff. The doctors are the best around. Be ready to get a thorough exam. They can only do so many operations a day. So when you go in and the prep staff is orchestrating you like livestock, dont get discouraged. They have to get patients in and out . And they are amazing. I had two cataracts done and I would highly recommend them.

Horrible!!! Completely over booked, staff cares nothing about patients and when asked why they over book they say its because doctor is only here once a month. Well either schedule less patients or get more doctors. Just because hes only there once a month doesnt mean you have to schedule 6 patients per 15 minutes...thats what you call money hungry doctors

The waiting for this dr office to long. 3 and half hours is insane. My other issue. They do all this eye testing. They do not give out eye exam results for glasses. You have to go to regular eye dr to get your eyes exam again. This is not right. Why do we have to pay twice.

Really poor customer service. Called for an appointment, lady on the phone was impatient and impolite. She didnt even say bye after ending the conversation, and just straight up hung up while I was still speaking. Would not recommend to anyone, except my enemies.

I just want to say Dr. Brian Campolattaro is one of the best Doctors ive seen in my life. But one of the receptionist referred to my son as a it instead of he maybe it was a mistake but overall it is a great eye center

Staff is friendly. Office is large and clean. Appointments are a HORROR. Be prepared to lose HOURS of your life EVERY time you come here. Pack a book, a drink, a snack, clear your schedule for the day......

The wait is horrible, 9:20 appointment, see the doctor for 10 minutes, done after 12. They do good work but they constantly over book. If you come here, be prepared to stay all day.
